INFO ON THE INCEST PATCH

BEWARE: INCEST PATCH ON BILLY ROUTE COULD MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO GET THE TEA SCENE AT BILLY'S HOUSE

It not only changes the dialogue when you get the DNA test, (Please note: NOT ALL previous dialogue has been changed)
but also adds 2 new secret NTR (skippable) scenes
1-One during the Mom Swap - Go to the Beach
2-One when you visit Billy's house, investigate noise
3-Pool Party (0.45 - Repeat investigate noise at Billy's house)

IMPORTANT PART 1: Incest patch MUST be installed before starting version 0.40 of the walkthrough
IMPORTANT PART 2: Incest patch DOES NOT kick in until you receive the DNA test during the 0.40 quest

To add the patch, you need to place it in the save folder
"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\LocalLow\KsTgames\The Twist"

These are instructions on how to activate the NTR scenes.

NOT NEEDED IF NOT ON THE NTR/BILLY ROUTE

(skippable) To Unlock the secret NTR scenes do the following:
1. Sneak into Rachel's bedroom/house at 20:00

2. Go back to Janice's Bedroom, wait at 22:00, add sleeping pill

3. Sneak into Rachel's bedroom/house again, Stay

4. "Search the room".
5. Click on the drawer on the left (below the books)
6. At school, 13:00 Ask Bill to "Mom swap" . "Go back home alone"
7. Next day 13:00 Ask Bill to "Mom swap" again. "Go to the beach".

8. Visit Billy's house and investigate a noise.

For now we know of 2 extra scenes provided by the patch

1-The Beach

Hey Guys, how exact i inviting them (Pool Party)? Was repeat the Noises-Scene three times and nothing happend and no "Choises"...invitedt Kira in Jasons Room but after the Homework-Scene nothing happend and no "Choises"....? Do i have to complet the Mainstory or something?

Yes, unless you’re using a complete save, you have to complete everything before it.
check the walkthrough it will give you the steps you need to do.

That's one of them that can happen, and all of it is down to player choice.

Read the walkthrough, and where it says "Optional Billy Content" (or words to that affect), only happens as a result of the player literally choosing for it to happen.
