short explanation, mega uses a two stage access. it works like this: mega.nz/[locker designator]![key], where the key actually unlocks the locker to download it. idealy nobody should be able to access it, but the system itself can determine it so its not as secure as deepnet people would like. probably. the key can be separately shared and is produced from an uploaders individual hashcode that has been determined on account creation.
