Let's just say the rotation is just better when you have a decent amount of packs (~25 and up).
Slots are per-game, if you start a new game from scratch and save it will go to slot 2.
No idea how that could happen: TUSC doesn't write/edit anything in girlpacks folder. Probably worth a shot asking to VC dev.
In order for girls to be allocated in baths, they should have contents for that area. Otherwise doesn't make sense to put them there.
I wouldn't stress on that. As long as you have them working, some of them will work in that section some of the time. If you get to the point where you have a large roster of girls (at least 20+), and you really want to make sure that some are in some areas, then you can set it that way. But there will always be nights where they don't work because they need to rest.
Ah, bummer. I knew those girls didn't have TUSC-exclusive folders, but I was hoping it would just draw from the normal clips in such cases.
Well, as someone who just started playing a few days ago, the biggest difference that I noticed is that you only ever see one video at a time. If you're the type who uses the zoom feature a lot in VC, this game is kinda like having that always on by default. You also don't need to drag-n-drop girls on the clients. During the work night, the game just shows you a random sampling of videos from whoever's working.
The maid category is actually glory hole content. So if the girls have that, then it can show up there.
The thing I like about TUSC vs VC is that TUSC has a bigger world to play in. You go recruit girls, can go to rival clubs and hire theirs, etc. And running the club is a bit more challenging. If you run out of goods, you limit how much you can make, but if you tie too much up in goods you may not be able to afford enough girls.
I agree with everything you said. While I do love VC and I bounce between the two, there are a lot of aspects of TUSC that I enjoy more. I augment and expand all of my girlpacks with HD videos, and they just look and play better in TUSC. And once you have a roster of enough girls, then playing TUSC can give you the ability to be hitting on/recruiting more than a dozen at a time if they have the right content, so it adds a fun element of randomness but also choice to go after who you want at that moment. Plus, you never know what personality the girl will have once she's on board, and it might be more of a challenge to train her up, or she might just do hardcore fucking on her first night. It makes it fun.
Right, that's what I meant. Gloryhole is one of the categories that isn't in the normal VC folder structure, so I was hoping the game would say, "this pack doesn't have a gloryhole folder, so I'll just show a clip from the normal BJ (or whatever) default folder."
The game doesn't use the same hiring cost structure that VC does, and I think that there's an upper limit to how much any girl can cost. For example, I have girls I've tagged at 10k and more in VC that cost 1000-1500 in TUSC. And then you can negotiate that down by progressing towards 100% with her.
It depends on the pack. I've had issues with some like that, and more than anything, it likely has to do with the file format, the codec, and your PC. I can't explain why, but some pack creators prefer to use lower quality ones. If you use HD MP4 videos, this shouldn't happen.
No. I think that intentionally, you need the right content for that section to play. Similarly, girls will only show up in the spa or gym if they have that content.
Why is it "intentionally" set up in a way that excludes the vast majority of girlpacks that were made for VC? It seems strange to me that the dev would work so hard to make the rest of the game compatible with VC, but then structure this part in a way that makes normal VC packs useless there.
I'm not the dev, and don't want to make it sound like I'm speaking for him. But the specific content for this game gives it more flavor. You see the content that's specific to the spa, the gym and the gloryhole when it makes sense to see it. When you go to those places on the map, or you have those activities in your own club, then it makes it more meaningful, and different than the basic content that you see otherwise.
That's how I see it too, girls are able to do more in the club, and you can hit on girls at the gym, or go to the spa and get a naughty massage, and open your own spa and offer naughty massages. You can use standard VC packs to handle the basics, and the TUSC content is easy enough to add to a VC pack if you want. Being backward compatible with VC packs meant there was a good base of packs to work from.
It's not easy when 1) some girls don't have any scenes in those categories to begin with, 2) I like a lot of variety, so I would probably want to include more than one scene in any given folder, 3) I already have a very long to-do list of things I'd like to maybe eventually do with the basic VC packs, whether it be adding new packs, taking clips I don't like out of existing packs, adding extra scenes to existing packs, etc.
