Yeah, I mentioned this issue a few post before. Now the developer should expand the slots for custom characters since add/delete slots for each new one is really annoying.

Now you can fabricate you own custom dildos in the machine for such purposal. You can find the machine beside the device to reshape your dick.

Wild Life has sandboxy nature and might be up your alley.
True Facials or Headgame, is sandbox sex games.
Rack 2 is similar, but its furries only.
Honey Select I've heard is good, but its a huge download size and takes a lot of tutorials to learn.
Sex Villa 2, with The Klub 17's modifications and latest texture modification can be good.
Girlvania has some interesting stuff, but its lesbian only with realistic body sizes.
Pose Viewer is futa heavy, and is overall well done.
