If you don't want to buy it, pirate it from cs.rin.ru. It has specific details in its own interface when you highlight something, and it's done in real time, there is no patching or potentially bricking any files.
FSR will probably work best unless there's something better now, try out the different settings & just use what looks best to you. It should look better than just using fullscreen. Keep in mind this is ye olde FSR1, it's not a smart upscaler like something you'd see in a modern game like FSR4, FSR1 was just some math trickery which is why it can easily be implemented in anything.
Interestingly enough, the Anime4K upscaler option does work extremely well for anime art styles, so always use that one in those cases.

Damn, revisiting this in 2025 feels like tuning in that cartoon you used to watch when you were a child. Probably the last of it's kind good incest game in late 2010s as the afterwards that followed up till this day are either quick cash grabs, AI gibberish and other crap.

You ae absolutely right. The only complain that I have is that the faces of some of the models seem to be too long (at least to me). It sometimes looks like the viewer is seeing through a fisheye lens, especially the pov scenes. Otherwise great game.

Yeah, that happens sometimes. I'd much rather have a variable put into a game and it end up being useless than failing to have a variable that later becomes necessary and requires a complete restart.
