What do you mean by txt file if we are talking about exe strictly. What is noname av? Can't U recognize a VirusTotal?!

It has nothing to do with the game if you downloaded it here! Your computer is just infected by a virus that has nothing to do with the game. It reproduces itself under a different name so as not to disappear from your computer.
How do I know if the incest mod is working? I'm not sure if I put the patch in the right spot on android.

I think you'll find that the 2nd one's compressed
2.01GB Vs 1.06 GB. The 2nd one says it incorporates a fix as well

I wish there was an updated version of this game in terms of graphics. It is still one of my favorite games.

The renders all still hold up well after roughly four years.
