I keep getting errors loading audio files every second it's impossible to enjoy.
EDIT: Sorry I found the solution in previous pages, had to update my winRAR but it worked.

Like the others have mentioned, you've gotta take care when extracting the downloaded game (The_Way_Home_RJ01008367.zip). If you are not in JP locale or use for example a correctly set up WinRAR for extracting (instructions in the thread here), all the files that have JP characters in their filenames in the archive will be incorrectly extracted with jumbled-up characters (instead of the correct JP ones) - hence the game throwing errors when looking for the files and not finding them.
So extract it the right way, basically.

Japanese games tend to have some Japanese characters on their filename. So when extracting the archive in any system locale (except Japanese). It will become "gibberish".
For example:
Other locale -> 72 âgâëâbâN 72.rpgmvo
Japanese locale -> 72 トラック 72.rpgmvo
That's why it can't find the associated file when the game engine requests it.

open the file with WinRar, press CTRL E and select the japanese language after that just extract the file and play

If you have them all, can you share your save-file or wherever they're stored?

put it on \(game directory)\www\save
I just put everything that was on that folder.

Yep, that did it. I think it might have been the Global file.

Either way, I saw most of those events before, if not all images, but I completely missed the Degenerate one. (the flasher from what appears to be day 2)

Anyway, thanks for the save-file.

Did you extract the game properly? If you don't use the language function on WinRar you might get these loading errors
Just use CRTL+E, Select Japanese and re-extract the game
