No, I didn't realise that and tbh, that may have put me off, especially how it's done, it's pretty fking dark! The key part (for me) is what motivations do you get from it, ok maybe not what people are looking for in adult (read porn) games, but it can make for a good story.

When using the @ command you must type in the name otherwise it will not post alert to the person.

Yes, I can try to start making a game about sex for sex, maybe with a stupid story, and most likely I will have more patrons, then it will be something that I don't like.At this stage I do not want to make a comedy game, maybe the next project will be, but not now.

What I do is copy username from the post or click their profile picture to bring up profile box and then copy username from there. Then I put in the @ and then paste the users name the name should be red if it's red your golden.

You mean 3 letter not 1 as nothing appears till the third letter. It would work as well but at times copy and paste might be faster if there are a lot of names to scroll through to get to the right one or if you have to type most of it out anyways because many people have the same letters for part of their username.

It's about notifications.
If you do it your way, then the person mentioned does not get told.
If you type @ followed by the 1st part of the username '@<followed by, but with no space> myu' was enough to bring up the list that includes your name. Doing this, will, if the option is checked in their profile, notify the person mentioned allowing them to see what is being said to or about them.
