The renders could definitely use a bit of improvement as they seem a bit unnatural and out of place. The faces are close enough to the Witcher 3 depiction (and not the Netflix series, thankfully) to give you that "aha" moment but not quite close enough to be themselves, they quite literally look like the porn parodies of themselves (which may or may not have been intentional).
I think this is closer to a proof-of-concept demo rather than a 0.1. Personally, since this is a sequel story to one of the more popular endings (if not the most popular), you might want to focus on the story, with a good side dish of porn, rather than the other way around. Overall you could continue with Witcher 3's more serious themes and occasional wholesome or funny moments or go with a more lighthearted approach where the world starts to recover from the events of Witcher 3 and people start to enjoy life again with a more serious choice to make here and there.

Okay, whoever's responsible for the story needs to read the books asap. Ciri's had a lesbian relationship before, and she's not a shy teenager. She's been almost raped multiple times, forced to strip naked in front of people she hated, ALMOST had sex on multiple occasions and almost got manually inseminated by a madman while trapped in a machine which forced her to keep her legs open. You already have lots of material, you don't need to reset her sexual history.

I like it, not familiar with the Witcher, (A gasp comes from the peanut gallery) So this is all new to me. the music goes well with the story. I usually just mute the music. (except in Space Corps)
