Excuse my ignorance, but isn't reverse rape tags used when it's the MC raping the enemies and not the other way around? If so, then this tag would not apply to the game - as from what I've seen so far you only ever see scene's of the MC being raped by npc's/enemies. This is in both combat as well as non-combat scene's.

While the whole combat mechanic is you using 'sex skills' on the enemy till they orgasm and pass out, you don't actually ever see anything of the skills. You do however see the enemies 'sex skills' used on the MC.

since has to use sex skills to fight the girls not really rape other games had it to but reverse rape is use when the enemies are or am raping the MC ( has to be male or futa in that case as well) since they force their sleeves onto the mc for sex after all.

Have not come across any futa in the game yet. Yes it's females raping a male MC, however4 so far it's been boob jobs, blow jobs, fingering, etc. Although it's maybe possible that a later enemy will be futa on the MC *shrugs*. Hopefully someone who has finished the game will be able to clarify this.

At the close end dungeon one of the girls indeed is a futa , all the rest are human girls with cybernetic parts on it

RPGM usually should work out of the box with VNR and most text hooker (i use ITH). Kanjitomo also a good choice for games that can't be hooked because it have auto detect for text near mouse cursor. I usually map a mouse control to my right analog stick using joy2key. You can also use google translate on your phone to read some kanji. Usually it can detect better than kanjitomo. A lot of kanji up to N3 is easy enough to remember so personally i recommend to learn them. It can reduce the hassle of using software/app by a lot.

You can rest in the bed in the same house to restore your HP and everything else. Then, head out into the world map and wander around,strutting your Y chromosome until enough girls get magnetized to your cock. Proceed to fuck their brains out, level up a few times, then return back to the girl to defeat her.

I agree with you 100%, it's the same kind of attitude from people that allows scams on places like Kickstarter(like the thousands of "FREE WATER FROM AIR OMG" devices) to flourish. I think people get too enticed by the promise of even a little potential that they'll get what they're paying for, and by the time where doubt kinda settles in, they've already sunk enough money to fall for sunk cost.
