It's a complaint I have in lots of Japanese games. If the main character is female, the ugliest dudes and the nastiest things freely rape the player in 3D HD video. If the character is male, it's almost always a little boy in RPG Maker who has to be seduced into sex by girls of similar age or slightly older. I guess this is only a griping thread because the solution is always going to be making your own game. I just feel that is way more effort and budget in raping the female than there is in raping the male. I grow tired of seeing yet another reverse-rape RPG Maker title with a little boy and a big sister conveyed with lots of text and a few drawings while female characters are mauled and molested in 4K by an orc or an ugly fat dude who can pass for an orc.

Making sex scenes showing characters without eyes, why is so hard to draw a pair of eyes in the worst cases they look like mannequins.

Absurdly proportioned models that look like dismorphic caricatures.
It seems nobody ever brings this up but.. censorship is an absolute turn-off. I've seen at least a dozen porn games that I might have liked, if they weren't censored.

Just a few of mine
Music that does not match the vibe. So I make videos and while some do not like it (I really do not care), I put music in as a background to give a better sense of the sexual vibe...romantic, rachet, sneaky, etc. With the right music you can literally have zero moans dialogue and other items for people to still understand what is happening. Music can easily change the intent of any sexual scene and some games do not pay attention to this.
This idea of "Dwarfs" Basically people calling the MC a Dwarf when they know good and well it is some little kid. These games just need to be banned and burned. I am sorry but while games are fake people using them to live out there pedo fantasies is not my cup of tea.
No animations. Like really, in 2023 people still making games with zero animations? I see this more and more with people using AI to make games. Very annoying. There needs to be a new tag called AI generated because it is all over the place.
Finally Fetish for the sake of Fetish. This is another I now make money trap that I see game makers, image makers, videos, you name it fall into all the time. FUTA and Incest basically are the most lucrative subject areas if your making a game, video, comic, etc..I find folks who never touched that area, suddenly started going down that path when they moved into a Patreon environment to the point that it is over done.
Which brings me straight to....
The rinse and repeat syndrome. I find this happens when folks start making money on their platform of choice. In order to keep the dollars following there is no time to think about plots, and what should happen next. Animations become stale, or modified versions of previous one, dialogue becomes basically unreadable, and models start to all look alike and content just becomes "meh" overall.
Crazy ass anatomy. I get it if you want your model (s) to have a 10-12 inch dick and Double DD tits. Fine. However when I start seeing Size HH tits everywhere and 20 inch dicks the size of a baseball bat (Doberman talking about you man), I mean shit.

This and the lack of realism is a turn off. The chicks barely even flinch when the guy rams his 2 foot long in there and her nonchalant moan makes it even worse. In real life she'd be screaming and die with blood everywhere.
It might seem odd to some, but for me personally it's Male Protagonists. I find that in many H-games, a male protagonist has basically 0 personality. It makes sense I guess, they're more meant to be a vehicle through which the player self inserts but that doesn't stop me from finding it boring.
It's why I vastly prefer Female Protagonist games, because at least there it often feels like there's been some effort into developing the girl as a character. Now I'm not saying that this is always the case with Male Protagonists, or that you don't see it with Female Protagonists either, it's just I've found it's more common to encounter with the former than with the latter.

Force Rap# - I am not too keen on force rap$ in every scene. Divine Miko Koyori is an example where ALL scenes were forced and she did not like or got in the mood at all. At least most games i played where the first scene is forced, and maybe 2 more, but usually, you can begin training there stats for them to enjoy it. Not that game. I stop playing it after the first 40 mins and downloaded a save file and saw every scene was forced. ugh. These were most games published by Kagura Games/ONE ONE ONE.
Unlock Gallery through multiple playthroughs - My personal preference, i like to play the game one time and have a chance to unlock the entire gallery without multiple attempts. Some games allow you to save it at certain parts that branch to unlock but i am too lazy lol, just let me fight some OP boss to unlock everything or when i beat the game lol.
Garbage music - I played some game with reusable rpg maker songs that DO NOT FIT in the game! Hearing the rpg maker boss theme during a porn scene makes me laugh
Fake Experience BS - You can't pretend that the first couple times you banged your girl or multiple women that you had experience. Why do a lot of the main characters who are virgins know how to eat a girl out properly, or make them submissive. NO EXPERIENCE? Its fine if the main character watches videos and we can see the transformation in his thought process. But to all of sudden tell his teacher or girl to get on there knees and -insert fetish- is total BS.
Bad Translation - Some games have really bad english translation. I am thinking of Dark Elf or Elise the Devil. "Touch the fufufefe shtick to vibration the secreations." WTF did i just read? This is litter throughout the entire game, making it unbearable to stay immerse in the game. The first couple minutes of dialogue is good, then BAM! The dialogue goes south quickly.
