I did not apply the incest patch and 1 min into the game they are already siblings :

Julia : "After all, I didn't move out of our parent's house just to have you move in with me!"
mc : "Oh, gee, thanks Julia. I feel so welcome now..."
Julia : "Come on, kiddo, you were never welcomed or even planned, just ask our parents, they'll tell you that you're here by accident. But since you're here..."
mc : "Uh huh... (Actually, Julia was the accidental one, conceived back when our parents were wild hippies. I'm the one who was planned after her birth made them mature and settle down. I've tried to tell her that...)"

So if they are still siblings after the changed Intro line, what does the incest patch really do?

Two children do not have to be related to be raised in the same house, or to refer to the people who raised them as 'parents'.

Did you read the dialog?
They talk about planned and unplanned pregnancies of their own (same) parents which makes them true siblings :

Julia : "Come on, kiddo, you were never welcomed or even planned, just ask our parents, they'll tell you that you're here by accident. But since you're here..."
mc : "Uh huh... (Actually, Julia was the accidental one, conceived back when our parents were wild hippies. I'm the one who was planned after her birth made them mature and settle down. I've tried to tell her that...)"

Since the whole story is fictional, you can always add some lines about both children being adopted and parents just lying to them about relationship, but so far I have not seen such a statement in the game.

Hi, on day 2, there's no option to cook dinner, they buy pizza for dinner. Also no matter what I choose, I always fail the day 2 massage and get kicked out (If MC Mast = 0 then the scene is failed) I think I have more than one and I followed all the yellow highlighted choices minus the feet (I don't have feet fetish), could you explain a bit?

You do have to choose the foot option the second time, as it's the only choice that adds Merection. I don't know if it's possible to get your Merection over 69 without it. If it makes you feel better, Julia's the one with the foot fetish.

no need to be this furious, i made a genuine question, not because i want things now, but because the newest release of this game...is like a few days old (?) and for the next one it may take a long while and add more stuff to write and double check

I'm not furious. I'm not upset in the slightest. I'm just saying that expecting an immediate update is a little unreasonable. I'm sure they will update their WT when they're able.

That definitely was the point of confusion. For future reference, in English, now implies almost immediately.

• "Something is happening now" doesn't mean "at any time in the future something happens"; it means "right at the moment (the statement is spoken) the thing occurs".
• "You can see it now" means that if you were to look immediately, you would be able to see something.
• "Now I don't know what to do" means that, as of the moment this is said, the person is uncertain how to act.

Using now to mean something other than this is perhaps possible in other languages, but in English it implies something immediate.

Sometimes it might mean "something extremely soon", although that's pretty uncommon. For instance, a statement like "And now we go to war" means "we will begin getting armies ready to move" and so on. But even then it doesn't mean there is any delayed action, and certainly not that it would only happen in the next several months or something. The word now just isn't used in this way in English.

seems this thread might be better than the game,once upon a time 5 years ago along came a game which all loved to play but the game went away.now 5 years later it looks its age dont get me wrong i loved the artwork but times have changed too many games with better art and storylines not to mention more characters but this is just my opinion so i will wish the dev all the best going forward

Oh, I wasn't complaining or saying you should correct or delete anything by my post explaining the use of now. I was only letting you know for the future. I realize for a lot of people English isn't their native language. As you can see by my signature, I do a bit of translation and proofreading work myself, although most of that is in less adult spheres.

That is interesting to me that the word can mean "soon" in your language. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) that isn't true in English. I've actually studied a fair amount of linguistics, so I'm aware of some differences in various languages (Dutch, Mandarin, French, German, and several others including more ancient languages). It's definitely understandable that other languages don't treat words the same way as English, and that often translations are merely approximations.

In any case, I'm sure they will update their walkthrough as soon as they are able. I think it's a pretty safe bet to say it would happen long before the next release of the game is ready.
