This is all kinda a mess, but I'm guessing these are the updates from 0.57 -> 0.58.1. I guess we don't have the 0.59 Patreon version uploaded here yet, so this might be a bit misleading. I don't know what the difference is.

Next update better be good, seeing as I believe it'll be the last stretch of the finale...

I haven't played this game in over 2 years, but it looks like it will be done soon, so I might be due for a replay. Can anyone tell me if all the different routes (porn actress, streetwhore, etc.) can be done in a single playthrough or do they require a new game for each one?

Is the achievements of v0.58.1 GOG Version bugged? I started a new game in this version, and every achievement is greyed out and all counts (like the "kill 50 enemies" one) are stuck at 0. Help?

Neither.

At a certain point of the game you'll get a choice, either proceed through the main plot or abandon it completely and pursue side routes instead. From there, you can make a save before and a save after the choice, and replay each route from there.
