Sancho1969 Having Issue with save loads. I have a clean 17.4SE, 17.5 and 17.6 then installed TFMGv17.6 - SanchoMod.rar and get this when loading save;
tested without mod scripts.rpy and loads save game fine but with not so much.

My apologies. Uploaded a fix. Redownload from this thread's OP. The file name is " TFMGv17.6 - SanchoMod (fixed) .zip " and should take care of the issue. Regards.

If I don‘t care for the SE stuff, do I still have to go through the patching process from 17.4 to 17.7 or can I just drop the mod into the 17.7 folder? Would I be missing out on any mod features? I‘m assuming gallery content for SE scenes wouldn‘t work.
I‘m mostly looking for a ingame walkthrough so I don‘t have to have a pdf or the code itself open next to the game.

?? do I really need to install updates 17.5 and 17.6 before 17.7? if so, where are they?

You'll be fine. If you click on a few of the bonus scenes unlocked in the gallery you might get a script error but you can either skip/rollback/reload to resolve. Regards.
If you want the SE assets (scenes/pics) then no. If you don't care about the SE content then see the answer above. Regards.
The instructions specifically say NOT to put 17.7 on top of 17.4SE. Either install 17.7 by itself or go through all the steps to make the hybrid (17.4SE, then 17.5 update only, then 17.6 update only, then 17.7 update only). All the info is in the OP including a link to step-by-step installation. Regards.

oh it works on the original 17.7 version without errors. ok cool.
solved when applied the mod directly on 17.7 version.
Now I found out that the original game without mod installed has 6 pages of scenes,while after mod is installed it changes to 5 pages, all last chapter scenes disappear with mod installed. No trace of those scenes is left to see there lol
Last available scene with mod is called "EP 18 Amelia and Torrie", there should be more available after that one.
Btw, this mod doesn't touch the Rewards page, right?

Well, it won't break it but it won't have the SE scripts for the bonus scenes. I'm waiting for my download so I can add them to the mod. Obviously waiting for the download I haven't seen the structure yet but I'm fairly confident the only difference will be the one E18 bonus script. So many GB of download for one small file....it is what it is.

I decided to leave the reward pics alone so you have cheevos. I was going to make a separate unlocked gallery so the original was left unaffected but ran out of time as the season closed and we got bombarded by these mini-updates. In hindsight I should have waited between 17.4SE and 18SE and dropped it with the new SanchoMod base I've been working on for months. I'll be porting a hand-picked dozen VNs at once with its introduction including porting this VN over as well. Regards.

Same files, different py archive compression (I port them with a newer version of RenPy). It's nothing to be concerned with tbh.file from 17.7 update...

So the scripts.rpa from sancho mod is 1.6 meg smaller???
