Umm, there are "unnecessary" sex scenes? I guess you never watch actual porn then when people randomly just start having sex? Are those scenes "unnecessary" too?

I don't think that's a fair question. If I wanted to watch two people fuck I could just go on pornhub. But I think this story intends for the mc to act as a self-insert, because the author is trying to give us a better alternative to normal porn. It's porn with plot.
It was a voyeur scene, meant to appeal to guys who had that kink. And it was a good scene for what it was. While there was nothing wrong with the scene, I think it was unpopular with the crowd this game is generating.
Objectively speaking the dialogue, the strangling, the animation of that scene was 5 star stuff. But as someone not big on voyeur, I didn't get much out of it.

Anything after # should just be a comment in python. I figured those "#changed" comments, that appear in the text in-game, are just some leftover "#changed" comments from proofreading and didn't make it behind the "blabla" for whatever the character says.
E.g. in line 5261 of "Ver0,6.rpy", the "#changed" snuck in between the quotes of the MCs line, while above that, in line 5251, the "#changed" is sitting behind the quotes, where it should be.
There are also a few instances of a ( or a * missing, e.g. in line 5563, Triss' message is missing a leading "*", and line 5568 is missing a leading "(", which probably slipped through the cracks because a) it's a line that uses the MCs name via %(q)s, so a "(" can be overlooked and b) ... well it's fucking line 5568 lol
I liked the update but honestly, I would have liked to have the option to tell Amy to fuck off, resulting in a late phone call to Megan who tells Amy to fuck off too, culminating in a bit of a hate-fuck relationship in a later update. A "Oh I dislike men because they are all worthless an- wait ... how big is your dick?" kind of transition is nice too, but after watching a few episodes of Hotel Hell, there's no way I'd sleep on the floor of a hotel room in the middle of bumfuck nowhere just because some female coworker doesn't want me to sleep in the bed.

She may not outright be a LI or even be planned as one, but it's still a female being in the vicinity of the MC in a bit of a harem game. Transforming a chick that's not only indifferent but openly hostile torwads you, into a willing wiener cleaner that begs for your white warriors to assist her in polishing your penile totem can be a valid kink that some people are going to hope for to be added in the future after they see Amy be a bitch for a few scenes.
If she tells you she can't be satisfied by men and has tried it often enough in the past, well then that obviously means she has been treated like the little toe in a new apartement before (banged on every piece of furniture). However that doesn't mean people necessarily want to see these actions. Additionally, the gallery shows all images without you having to unlock them (I think) and I didn't even get the scene during gameplay because I went straight back to Kiara. Exactly how well "not seeing it by pure chance because you don't pick the path option to see it" fits "it's an avoidable scene" can be up for debate, but I mean at the end of the day just say YIKES, move on and try to get into Triss' pants.
