The incest patch one should overwrite the one included in the U3 mod, as it's got more content from U4/U5 in it.

why mine still says 4? even though OP says 5, i've following step by step every instruction, extract the v3 then extract v4 to folder v3 and same as file v5 , but the game still say 4, or it is only the display is bug but the content is included with v5?

If I had to guess he didnt want to end things too soon, tried to put in stuff that didnt end well and now it would need too much work to make a somewhat fitting end. I wouldnt call it shitty cause of that. Read the reviews and you will find manny did enjoy it (up to a certain point). So yeah, current last parts are messed up. Then again if he would take the time to may rewite some stuff and introduce a proper ending it could be saved (very low chance, may not impossible, but for sure not this year ). Still I've seen a lot worse, games years old and 3 pages here (rightly so).

do i need to also add update 4 then 5 after downloading 3?

The main download is complete up to 5, the other 2 are for upgrading 3 to 4 then to 5.

All 3 downloads are needed.

I did not look at the download on the version #, normally the main download would be the complete download but this time its not.
You need to download all 3 to get version 5.

there are reasons why games are abandoned, and usually the reason is: they suck and because of that the dev doesn't get the amount of money he wants, deal with it.
