After you picked find a job option you go to school, click on notice board, talk to Casey. After that new location will be avaiable on map after school hours.

I can't seem to get the third reinbob, it just keeps telling me to introduce myself, but when I click on the guy, it doesn't give me any options.
Check your map, you should have a new location unlocked, Casey's house. Visit her, then on the next day go to Kal, and he'll give you the Bob.
