yes, the dev is still working on it. new version released recently. Notice that the game is in beta and is still under development. The game is on dev's Ci-en page plan.
I figured that was the case. I just wanted to be sure before I got my hopes up. As from what I played has a lot going for it.
Is there a better way to heal your character? Even in God Send mod trying to do corruption route she loses Hp like crazy from getting knocked down then the following sex scene. Makes me wonder how all the lewd buffs are supposed to work.
Easy, abuse the auto saving function
Every time you enter the next room/area, it will be auto saving and if you almost die (if you die it will not work) or captured by enemy just open the menu/setting and choose "Return to title", from there "Play" and you will continue from the last room but what was happen before will not be saved until you enter the next room, think that as the reset button. Warning! However the "Restart Round" button just under "return to title" button, careful and don't pick that
This also work if you found treasure chest (with lot of money you can empty the Merchant's product), if the content is pitiful (only a single coin or a potion you don't need yet) just return to title again and continue again, a good treasure chest must contain at least one key and few coin (4 coin and above), it's better if the key are multiple. If you found the jackpot room with three treasure chest, just open only one chest until you find a good harvest, enter the next room and go back to test your luck for the remaining two unopened chest, you can do it! Go get them tiger!
BTW it work on 0.65 version, haven't tested it at 0.68 version

There's a lot way to heal. From some items you collected, chest after room clear, ....
Everytime I clear the game it shows that I receive the ice armor and the boar skin item again and again, yet I never see them in the shop or statue. Is it a bug?
Also when I got up in time from knockdowns with oestrus she did a cartwheel, is this a new move or it has always been in the game?

I just fixed this for myself. If you got the bepinex install zip from the bleeding edge link, make sure you are downloading the IL2CPP version, not the mono verison. This game is not a mono-unity install (which is a term I just learned lol)

After unzipping (
You must be registered to see the links
), you have to go inside the unzipped BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP file, copy everything in there and move it into the Thornsin game file (where the .exe is)
After that, run the game. You SHOULD get a dialogue window on the side that shows BepInEx loading.
After this pops up and the game stops auto saving, exit the game. Unzip the [ThornSin_helper] mod, copy everything in that folder, and place it into the plugins folder in BepInEx (ThornSin > BepInEx > Plugins)
Open the game again, load in and press F2. If you hear a sound then the cheats are activated.

Before you're about to go on complaining about not getting access to cheats, you should actually read through the threads. Literally I found the latest cheats by just going back a few pages as many people are asking for cheats but are too damn lazy to search for it on this thread. If you have the time to play Porn games and even pirating those games, you have the time to read through this thread and find what're you looking for, especially when half of the comments are about cheat access.

I really think games should feature more human interactions. It would be great to see the main character engaging in sexual scenarios with humans, including consensual encounters, being blackmailed into sexual situations, and even darker themes like rape or gangbangs by humans, rather than focusing so much on non-human creatures. I hope the developers consider this and put content with creatures on pause, focusing a bit more on the scenes I mentioned above for an update or two.
