It's very disappointing, it was supposed to be wrapping up and moving into the endings. To get so close, but be left like that.
If the dev tried to force a "mom did nothing wrong" message like he did with Damon, it would seriously piss me off.
Okay, so the mother wants to become a lesbian again. Tell your son this. If he loves you, he'll support you if you take him with you (or at least be there for him whenever you call, and also where you can always come and see your mother). But to leave completely without a word, without ever contacting him, as if her son never existed in her life (or she never loved him), and yet she communicated so easily with the MC's "best friend" as if the MC didn't exist. It feels like "best friend" became closer to her than her son after they found out about each other (that they're gay), completely forgetting about her son. Ugh, I couldn't stand the way the author would have presented that meeting. I'm sure the main character would have seen his happy mother with his beloved, not caring that the MC was out of place there. I also can't understand how an 18-year-old guy could provoke (persuade?) an adult (who is a psychiatrist) to leave his son for the sake of trying to renew a past love... after all, there is a not so difficult way out of the situation, "You are breaking up with your husband (for a certain reason)", you tell your son the whole truth, and the son either accepts it (and stays with you), or rejects it and you leave alone... in short, complete nonsense.
T'was what aggravated me the most with the game (aside from every LI having secrets or being manipulative, except the ex)
To me it felt just weird and 100% illogical. Like the dev was trying virtue signaling, kinda trying to potray to show the challanges gay/lesbian relationships can face but TOTALLY FUCKED IT UP in a almost comical way which ended up showing these characters (mom and best friend) as the most egoistical, narcisstic, backstabbing, sneaky, self-centered bitches ever seen.
Plus, she had a close, trusting relationship with her son and was a trained psychologist.
You know a story's pretty good or at least very promising when you see so many fans still debating what happens there even after this much time passed since it got slapped with the abandoned tag.
Same tho i don't care about the story just want more Danielle ( I think that's her name) she was my favoriteUntil a new update's officially being released, it's safe to assume the game's pretty much perma abandoned, and I do hope I jinx it and the dev eventually comes back with new content.
I wanted the MC to get her pregnant too, but I'm not surprised. 95% (thinking that's where the 95 in F95 comes from) of the time every AVN ends up abandoned, it's why only fools pay for unfinished shit unless they like paying $100 for half a story. Even with this one there's still 12 morons subbed even though the dev ghosted them over 2 years ago.
He doesn't even need to give rights, esp if he can't afford a lawyer and likely like most AVN devs won't bother trying to defend a dead game almost no one is still paying for since they are not Nintendo. The issue comes from if he is unwilling to hand over the Daz assets/.duf files then whoever wants to grab the fumbled football will have to recreate those manually (often thousands of them and not an easy task at all) and likely won't be perfect copies anyway. Anyone with that sort of free time (thousands of hours, not even counting new content) tends to just make their own AVN. The few fan fictions and remakes on here (ie Big Brother) were done simply because the og devs got tired of it and released the .duf files to whoever felt like downloading them and having a go at it.
