Whelp, I can get the first three girls but how the heck do you get the rest. The door that's locked doesn't open, even after I find a key. The smoking chick doesn't react at all, the runners are MIA, and I can't figure out how to pass the chicks at the vending machine. What am I missing here?

First you have to trigger the fire alarm. To do that get on the second floor and head right until you reach the other staircase. There will be a "!" near the students blocking it. Then head to the first floor, near the entrance, and trigger the alarm. That will let you access the third floor and will make the girls move.
On the third floor you will find a porn magazine in an empty classroom. You will need this to open the locked door that doesn't need a key - head there, unpause time and interact with the "!" in front of the guy blocking the other door.
The runners spawn when you go left on the third floor and interact with the "!" near the window.
The smoking chick is located behind the school - go to where the students are lined up in the courtyard, go around them and head north to the cement floor. There will be an arrow pointing right at the end of the alley.

You can just play the game. Go to school, molest a girl, end the event before time running out, hide. Won't take you that long to increase it.
The other option is to use the RPGMaker cheat engine. There is a thread in this site for it. Open it and just input a new value for the time meter.
Also, you need to look at the big hand that moves only when you perform an action. The little hand that moves constantly is just for show.
If anyone want, i have full save with all girl collected. I wish that there were more girls with more interactions. It's a fun game genre.
On one hand I enjoy the Time Stop theme, on the other, however, Time Stop porn has almost no story with an empty world, is this one of those types of games?

Yeah I meant the OP. Sometimes files get removed if there's no activity in a given time span. I would bet that is the issue there.

dinurs: can I ask what bugs got fixed? I would gladly take a look at the .json files myself, but they are a completely different animal now with being Unix UTF-8; dunno how to efficiently compare them with the Win SJIS originals! lol
I made some changes so that you can buy and use items and fixed a time you become unable to time stop after an event other than that it's mostly just interface fixes.

You get sent a watch in the mail and decide to hit up a school/train. With the machine translation that's all I could gleam from the story. The school itself doesn't feel empty which makes a lot of sense when you realize this is a stealth game.
