IM trying to figure out what's the trouble... Have you visit grocery and arcade yet?
When I’m trying to save, it makes a clicking noise and doesn’t tell me that I’ve saved the game. I opened up another application for “Lost Love”, it shows that I did save but whenever I try and load it, it just does the same clicking noise. The saves also don’t show where I saved at, just shows a white image.
Sounds to me like somehow you managed to crash the game which causes the save feature to crash. Did you get stuck somewhere when this happened? Where did you save?
I mostly try to save the game whenever a choice would pop up. I don’t believe I got stuck anywhere, I was just simply playing.
Ah, also you know you dont really have to do that, the game has a build in system to save on all of your choices, so as long as you save once, you can always press the button "last choice" and it will get you back, as far as to the beginning of the chapter
Try it out! saves for a lot of saving and also easy to make new path saves, you just go back, and then play, and make a new save, 
hey i know whats the bug now. If i choose to be friend with nika the game will not proceed after the bus scene. Pls check it out. i just tested it, now i told nika love her and also reject the gaz and the game could proceed.

I had the same issue on Day 12 going to the Dean's office. I click the elevator and I don't get the option to select the floor, so I had to reload. It happened twice. On the third try it worked. I haven't tried the other days, so I don't know if it's specific to this time.
Edit : it happened again after leaving the library after Piper's event, so I guess it can happen at any time.
Also, I just noticed this college is weird, they have the gym on the 2nd floor ?
