You have to install Visual C++ in the correct order. For example: You can't install VC 2015 on top of 2017/2019.
Also, you have to install the correct build of Visual C++ according to the game client -> x86 (32bit) requires VC 2015 x86 and x64 (64bit) requires VC 2015 x64.

I installed VC 2005, VC 2008, VC 2010, VC 2012, VC 2013, VC 2015, all 64 bit, the problem that up to like 30 minutes ago works until I saved in a choice I closed the game, when the 'I reopened the white screen

Please provide more information:
- Which game client version do you have?
- Any translation installed? If yes, which? Did you extract the zip file in language folder? If you did, delete it and redownload the zip file. Don't extract it! Just save the zip!
- Upload your player.log as txt file here. The file is stored in your user's hidden AppData/LocalLow/VNGINE folder.

i just finished the scene with gaz apologizing to heather. well the walkthrough says to go to the beach. but there is no beach on the map? is this it for this update?

there wasn't a beach icon for me. I will see if i can fix it tomorrow.
I think I had the same issue, you have to go somewhere before, I think, but I don't remember where, sorry !

Did it say something about suntan lotion? if so you might stop at the store. Iirc the arrow has a blue dot if you need to go somewhere.
