Because we don't focus on loli or underage looking girls like other games do. And there is of course the game engine. People are bias towards Unity because many other devs/games aren't optimized.
I downloaded the link on the first page. Am I not playing the same version as everyone else?

None of the biggest patreons do though? If you sort by weighted rating on this site, the results are also pretty loli free. You are right about unity though, makes a big difference imo.
I´ve just played R10. WOW. This must be the game with the BEST story, by far. To the point it was like a movie script.
First time i feel so entertained playing a porn game. So really, KUDOS to the creators.
The Visuals are perfect, the story is enticing and the sex scenes are freaking hot. I really wish there´re some harem ending (or like Bacon said, the perfect ending).
I´m actually thinking of becoming a Patreon but i dont have a credit card yet xD.

I lost my saves since I last played, do I miss anything by jumping into the 2nd without the save for the 1st? I can't remember if there are actual long term choices in 1.

The history moves forward with some interesting details. You have 3 sex scenes:
- You fuck Nika at the pool
- You fuck young Juliana as a part of a flashback
- You anal fuck the doctor as a part of an experiment
Plus you have a "steamy" phone call with Maureen who is naked and recalling the threesome (not masturbation, not flashback)

Is this fixed? There is errors in the one that was up before. Player has "Mom" as his name in a scene or two.
