Hi. what you need is to download unity from its official website for the game to work. it has nothing with antivirus or missing .exe.
you only need the library to run the game. The same with some rpg games, you only need rpg runtime packages without the need to install the part to create games.
I also opened a small box with the photo of the milf and an exclamation point and closed. install unity and open the game and run.
others like THE TWIST ran you normal because it had in its library. THE RURAL HOMELAND need unity too to run.

See OP for white/black screen and make sure you didn't delete English.zip or didn't extract the unrated.zip file.

Go back home and look on the ground in the hallway. there you will find something that unlocks the motel.

Extract a free copy on your desktop and try to save. If it works move the game to your preferred directory.

Feel free to post your output/player log file. The file is stored in your user's hidden AppData/LocalLow/VNgine folder.
Not being able to save, normally indicates a permission issue.
I check the save file it have all my save, but i can't load when am in the game LOL

For those who want to play it on macOS, I just tried it on the last OS version (Big Sur - 11.0.1) and it failed. A bit of investigation showed there is bad permission set to the executable file.
Depending on your OS version, it might just tell you that the app cannot be launched or if you're lucky it will tell you that the permission is denied.
It's quite easy to fix but not easy to guess if you're not familiar with that. Open a terminal and run that command : chmod 755 /Applications/Timestamps\ 1.0\ PE\ P1.app/Contents/MacOS/Timestamps\ Unconditional\ Love
You can now run the game. I hope that will help.

This reminds me of the old load/save bug for players from countries that don't use Gregorian date format. But this bug should have been fixed in the version here. However, change your date system to Gregorian and you should be able to load your saves again.
To verify if I'm correct your player/output.log would help a lot.

Is the Incest Patch necessary?
I mean I prefer non-incest, but does the game have a "childhood friend" that's totally not your sister (but obviously is)?
If the non-incest story is believable I prefer it that way, but if it's absolutely ridiculous then I prefer the Incest Patch. So, which is it?
Also can you avoid sex with the old lady and still have plenty of content or is she too involved in the story?
