Keep in mind not to extract the zip file! Just save it in the game's 'Game_Data/Language' folder. Afterwards select the Unrated patch in the main menu (upper right corner). Enjoy the game.

You can save but your saves won't show up because of your computer's date format.

Sorry if this has been covered before:

The incest patch instructions are very vague in that you need to move the incest patch to the "languages" subdirectory AND move the existing "English" file out of that directory. You also need to rename the incest patch zip file "english"

Don't do any of what is mentioned in your quoted post! It is full off false instructions.

All you have to do is to save the unrated.zip in Game_Data/Language folder. Do not extract the zip file. Start the game and select the unrated patch from the main menu by clicking on it.
