you look at right folder ? C:/Users/user/appData/local/VNGINE/Timestamps/Saves ?

because there another folder appData in our windows based pc : C:/users/Default/appData ... this is the wrong path...

You can't find the folder, because you did not save yet. Create a save and the folder will be created.
