Hi guys, I've just downloaded the game but everytime I start it, it blocks at this point, at the very beginning. How can I fix this?

Check whether the game folder contains this file UnityPlayer.dll
I think that you have replaced it, or use the wrong version.
File from version 1.0PE 64bit. If you are using an earlier version, you need the appropriate file.

If you still have the game archive, you can pull it out.

Your AV program might have deleted the file during extraction.. If you are from a South-East-Asian country you have to change your date system to European or American system to save and load the game.
Hmmm. I replayed game few times and tried different choices and understood that they don't change almost nothing in the game story, only few scenes (like fck GAz which you can avoid or sucking Mrs Herez Scutt's dick, thats all) which is meaning nothing to whom you fuck next or what will happened after. So the choices here are almost useless....
