I was on a Kaylan solo path the first time i saw the scene and she, out of nowhere, fucks a princess and gives stupid comments...i really wanted a option to tell her she can fuck off.
Story wise both Aeline and Lydia (if u are not on their path) are virgins which play hard to get for a long time (if u are on their paths), iirc in Lydias case she only sleeps with the MC if he agrees for marriage...and than u get unvoidable threesomes out of nowhere when u are not on their paths...
The scene is only avoidable if u are neither on Kaylan/ Aelina path.
Which is what i did after that update...well i also dumped all 3 princesses.

In that case, i might give it another try cause i was enjoying it up until that scene. Valentina and Helena were my favourites last time i played, do i have to worry about anything similar with them? I really don't want any more nasty surprises lol.

Threesomes with Valentina or Helena? Probably because Valentina have already been talking about MC fucking both her and Juliana and Helena/Tullia threesome is more than possible too. Well I do like threesome but I agree that Kaylan/Aelinia and Lydia/Aelinia should have been made avoidable and the Kaylan/Aelinia interaction before the actual threesome could be quite unappealing. That's fine by me, i was more talking about the girls fucking around without the MC. I like threesomes as long as the focus is on the MC, it was just the way that the Aelina/Kaylan scene was done that turned me off and ruined Kaylan as a character.
That's exactly why i rejected her, i didn't want to put her above Valentina. Then the Lydia/Kaylan stuff ensured that she's at the bottom of my list when it comes to LIs in this game.

Actually in the last update there is a scene where you can tell Aelinia to stop touching your balls about what to do and the mc tell her that he will do what he thinks is best. How you respond set a variable so i think it is going to be important.
This option was supposed to be available before going ahead with any threesomes and also lesbian relationships in the elder sister path by allowing it or not... some people like me don't like it.......
also goddess Anna's helper Anna I don't know why And its quality in the story, and how can God not know the future of his servants and ask for help about that? That choice is about the MC being more active to grab the power for 'their' benefit, or her benefit really, as the MC doesn't seem nearly as eager as Aelina.

I hope everyone is enjoying Chapter 8. For those in the Tip tier, you'll have Chapter 8 this Friday. Renders have started on Chapter 9, though I will likely add another scene or two to fill it out. Those shouldn't take long.
Chapter 10 is almost completely written. I'll need to review the rough draft of the script, but it is shaping up nicely with a lot of content. I tried a new writing method with it, and early results are positive. Will need a few more updates to see if it is really an improvement. There are some new assets I'll need for Chapter 10, but I don't anticipate that taking a long time.
The release of Volume 1 got the greenlight from Valve last week, and I am very excited to launch

I've got a few more improvements to my development process that I want to make, but I've pushed those off until after Chapter 9. The only change I've made is, due to the upcoming termination of support for the Atom editor, I switched over to Visual Studio Code with Renpy support for Chapter 9's development. So far so good, after getting comfortable with it. Looks like I will really need to dig in at some point to all the shortcuts I can use with VS Code. The Steam release preparations took nowhere near as long as I expected, but I wanted to go ahead and get rolling on Chapter 9's final development. When things are going smoothly, I've learned it is best to seize that opportunity and crank out releases.
I'll be on "vacation" next week (it's visiting family, so not really a vacation), so there won't be a development update for at least two weeks. Before I head out, I'll get as many renders of Chapter 9 done as I can. Have a great week, and I'll have another progress report soon!
P.S. Chapter 9 will release on September 13.
