I think it has mutch potential. its quiet more realistic than BB ever was. I played many 0.1 Demos and i never saw one with artwork on that level. Most of games have completly unrealistic renders. Also i saw the progress in the modding theard and i think the game is well thought through. After a few more updates it will be a great game. and i love that it will be realistic and not a bad porn.
(sorry if my english isn't very correct. it's not my native language)
if you need a transletor i could try to translate it into german, but i never done professinel translations before

So.
I’m doing the incest mod.
Thank You.
Before anyone goes crazy. I would like to say that this will be my primary focus from now on. I love working on the Tyrant but I have already had much more pleasant contact with N&N than saddog. Therefore I will be using the little free time I have to put out an incest story worth the effort of this game.

I might want to make that more clear... The beginning...

He is not flying home, you are seeing the "Ending"... He is leaving. It starts, after that, with him home, after having been home for a week already.

I am not sure how I can make that more clear. :p

I am working on the background-character thing, which will be addressed in the next release. Perhaps some more clear, "choice words", to better describe his situation, or less... Just letting it unfold in the story.

In the end, you are creating the story that he is telling to the guy on the plane.

I am also working on another type of "dialogue box", that will replace the need for the narrator to speak. An alternative to "sounds" and other various things that a narrator is usually used to portray, where artwork or personal dialogue would not be conveyed correctly. That is for later though.

Going to fall silent again. I need to wrap this up, for release. I will take the advice on the file-names too. I am at an early enough stage that it isn't too much of a burden to fix. Better to be safe than sorry.
Opening: "I'm not running away... perhaps I should rewind a bit" followed by a flashback that includes events that happened after the character was on the plane "not running away"? Either that is a flashback within a flashback or a flash forward within a flashback... either way it's confused. The flashback even says,"back then I was just running away" which suggests that he previously ran away, but this time was "not running away".

Then, wait, what? "I guess I should just tell you the whole story now... I thought I could summarize it for you, but so much has happened, between then and now." followed by the image of the title screen with the plane - when the only context we have for a plane previously in the story is the "I'm not running away..." plane.
"It's a long flight, so sit back and enjoy the story of my torrid affairs." So clearly this is plane flight is NOT when he ran away previously, but when he is "not running away" sometime after the end of the game, when he is telling the player the story (like how Al Pacino narrates "Carlito's Way" from the stretcher at the beginning and end of the movie.)

Yet now you're saying that the "Ending" on the plane, when he is telling the character about the events that occur in the game, happens a week before the start of the game? Since the game seems to track specific dates (starting Thursday, March 15th 2018) maybe it would help to include an image of a plane ticket with a date, or a newspaper on a plane seat with a date? Also, maybe the corner of some paperwork showing a date and stamped BAD CONDUCT DISCHARGE or SENTENCED TO HOUSE ARREST or similar?

There's a lot that could be more clear. Like the sudden switch from (Character as Narrator) to (Developer as Narrator) which assumes a lot.
"Before taking control of the story..." -- oh, I guess the kid on the plane telling me the story isn't the Narrator anymore.
The player doesn't yet know that "Gage" is the name of a character, nor that getting kicked out of the military includes house arrest, and as mentioned may be completely confused about where we are in the timeline of the summary. So, when we hop to Thursday 15 March 2018 "One week has passed, since Gage has been put on house-arrest." I know I scrolled back at that point to figure out who Gage was (Myra, Dave, Lana, and Becka... no Gage mentioned) or figure out who had done what to be placed under house-arrest.

"Enjoy this relaunch, as an original game." Oh, was I supposed to have known there was a previous game, and the above would make sense if I had played that? 'cause so far it is confusing as a stand-alone.

The backstory on Lana and Becka indicates that Lana is the "bright complexion" Irish girl and Becka is the wealthy Spanish princess & mobster's daughter, but when Lana is introduced later her (dark hair, brown eyes, etc) complexion looks more like my italian relatives than my irish relatives... and "Gage" refers to her parents' money... so which one is Lana supposed to be? (Maybe include pics of the characters during the introduction so players can put a face to the names ... if the backstory is important. If it doesn't matter which is the Irish girl and which is the Spanish girl then it is fine as is.)

Also, don't you have to be 18 to join the US military (Uncle Sam poster) AND age out of foster care at 18? So, why is it 17 and 19 respectively in this alternate reality? A person can enlist at 17 with parental consent, but it sounds like that wasn't the case here. (you were right that high school diploma is necessary for a 17 yrs old to enlist)

"Denied" and "Rejected" are different from "Discharged"... and no part of discharge (honorable discharge/general discharge under honorable conditions/OTH other than honorable discharge/bad conduct discharge/dishonorable discharge/entry-level separation) automatically indicates the person should serve house arrest.

House Arrest would be handled by a Probation Officer, NOT a Parole Officer.

And I would like to know - although this can wait for later in the story - how much is the overall sentence? 6 months off leaves how much longer under house arrest.

Look, I don't mean to pick this apart, and I hope I'm offering constructive criticism, because there is enough really good in this game that I'm paying attention and trying to sort out the confusing bits... but there are a lot of confusing bits.

I'm looking forward to working on this project. Hopefully it will be much easier than trying to create a cohesive story out of a few image in my other mod.

As for the exchange students... There are all sorts of various exchange programs. This one, typical in the USA, involves a foreign family, paying to have a student "housed", while attending a specific desired school in the USA. They pay for boarding and simple necessities, with a certain expected over-payment for the burden. In this case, both girls have parents that don't want them going to school where they are from. They actually don't want the girls at all. Both are expected to ultimately live in the USA, as citizens, when schooling is complete. Both also expected to "send money home", for the parents who paid to have them get a "better education". (There is another level to Becka's father, which comes-out near the middle of the story, on a few paths. Lana is still just "another girl".)

They also pay for them to be housed, to become a citizen... Known as selling mail-order brides. (Actually a big problem here in Jacksonville, for a while.) The going rate is about $38,000 to do it. About $12,000 goes to the person doing the "hook-up", and the rest goes to the person burdened with doing the housing or just the technical things needed until the other person actually becomes a full citizen. The guys doing the hook-ups make a LOT, because they hook-up hundreds a year. Every two years, it can be done all over again, with a new wife, after the divorce. lol.

This is also not "in the united states". We are on an island. However, that will not become clear until later too. Once the maps are up and running.
Ok, as to US law requirements for ALL Foreign Exchange Student programs for High School (secondary school) Students, it specifically states that Host Families will not be paid money for hosting, but get a tax deferment... As to expenses, the natural family is responsible for providing their child money for living expenses and so forth, but that money does not go into the Host Families pocket to dish out as needed... The money is provided directly to the student and/or program coordinators (who can not also be the Hosts by law), by whatever means they decide to do that... In the US, a Foreign Exchange Student can only be hosted by a family for a maximum of 1 year (2 full school semesters)... All medical expenses are covered by insurance paid for by the natural family, directly themselves... The host family is required by law to provide a stable and safe environment for the student and may be monitored by the organizers of the exchange (in fact the host family has to go through training for it)... But there are very strict laws and guidelines set forth by the US Government for how it's all handled... This is to keep, what you see in this game, from actually happening... Where a host family is using the student as income... The exchange program organization acts on behalf of the natural parent/guardians during their entire stay... There are tons of requirements for the host families as well... I'll provide you a direct link to the actual laws and regulations regarding High School (secondary school) level exchange students, below:

Read section (d) which includes: (6) Make no monetary payments or other incentives to host families;

As to the mail-order bride system... Not sure how that came up, because in the story they are Foreign Exchange Students, not mail-order brides... Which once again, a bride found through the mail/e-mail/etc... They still need to file all the necessary paperwork to gain entry into the United States, still need to be vetted, still need to do all the paperwork in their own country to travel abroad... It can take literally months to years for the whole process to go through, no matter how rich and powerful you are... What you are probably talking about is the illegal trade, because my uncle has experienced the whole legal process himself... Yes there is a lot of money, sometimes, involved with all the legal paperwork, application filing, licenses, processing fees, waiting periods, travel visa's (that have a time limit), etc... But that is also why it takes so long usually... As to the organizations that try to facilitate such marital exchanges, they charge a fee of course, and so would the lawyers if you tried doing it all yourself... But again, what does that have to do with Foreign Exchange Students attending High School?

If these were College/University Foreign Exchange Students, all the legal mumbo-jumbo and how money is handled wouldn't be as restrictive and/or rigidly controlled, because then we are talking about Adults and not Teenagers/Kids... If that was the case, and the two girls were adults and college/university exchange students I wouldn't see any issues at all with your story... But with High School Students under the legal age of adulthood (as per US Law), then I see all sorts of immersion issues with the whole setup regarding them...

As they are clearly not adults in this story, they are not legally allowed to stay once the 2 school semesters are up... And even if they were adults, eventually their school visa's would expire and they would then be considered as illegal, and the organization would be required to report them to ICE for detention and eventual deportation...

Foster Parents ? Exchange students ? Seems to me that we have a patch missing boys
But on the real note, the beggining starts off quite convoluted and dialogue heavy, where you just go wait what ?
Once you get home its smooth sailing, the only thing that irked me was the """"foster parents""" acting like complete assholes towards the MC as if he is behaving like some sort of misbehaving clown, when we just don't see it, the guy is just upbeat, so the tones really clash between him and the narrative. Also the Irish girl supposedly haves rich parents but is also broke AF.

You should go and read just this page in full from top to bottom before you ask about a patch.

Ok, as to US law requirements for ALL Foreign Exchange Student programs for High School (secondary school) Students...
You quoted one specific "Government immigration program"... This is not a Government immigration program.

Here is an example...
In Washington D.C. the average of about $437.00 a week is paid, to the HOST, for high-school students to be housed. Though, you can setup whatever you want for charges, through various "legal" methods.

Honestly, the requirements are simply that there are enough rooms, a clean background check, provisions for sanitation and food. I know two exchange students who have less than that. I also have a friend who went to school overseas, and she was literally forced to clean and stay inside her whole time there.

But, you will find that this setup is more like a "paid-bride" setup. That is why I brought that up. They are similar arrangements. That is 100% illegal, but it happens, a lot.

You are confusing two things, as one... The discharge (army issue) and the house-arrest (civilian charges).

I will try to make that more clear in the intro. (That is my fault for the overlap. I thought it was more clear than it was.)

He was 17, enlisted with his foster parents consent, with the agreement that he "make-up the missing funds". He could have enlisted as an emancipated adult, at 17 also. Or, under state consent, since he was a state-child adoption.

In any event, he is 18+ now, and discharged, which is a form of rejection and denial. Anyways, that was just art. He was discharged due to the "joke", which outed the senior-officer as a child-molester. (priest... I didn't know he even knew any boys) The government kept that under wraps, for obvious reasons. However, that left Gage with the "other charges", with how he pulled-off the "joke". That is later in the story. But that is why he was arrested, as a civilian, facing civilian charges, instead of military charges, which would have brought attention to the "child boy molesting senior officer".

When a person in the army gets a speeding ticket, heading to the base, he is charged (possibly, but likely not), by the state, for speeding. He may ALSO face charges/reprimand, by the army. The same works in reverse. If a person in the army hits a pedestrian, on base, he may be discharged and ALSO face civilian criminal charges. (Though, that too is not something done often.. they tend to have a 30-strikes rule. Thinking back to my step-father, who did that a LOT and got no punishment, just because he was in the navy. He retired as a senior-chief petty officer. Threw my ass across the room a few times too. I was a rotten step-child. lol.)

Then the "house-arrest", was the workings of Dave, and the strings he had pulled. Again, later-game expanded there...

Like I said, this is an actual "Story", not a porn-flick... Nothing will be instantly gratified in one line of text, or in one paragraph. Like a movie or an actual story, things build-up and get fully explained later. I am not trying to write a scientific novel, or state-law-aid here.

But, honestly, saying that a car-chase is unbelievable, because the "law states that speeding is illegal, and driving on the wrong side of the road is illegal, and cop-car chases are illegal", defies the reality of "why it is illegal", because "it happens a LOT", enough to warrant making a law against doing it.

It is also illegal for the U.S. post-office to throw away undelivered mail, but they do it, every Christmas.

Hazing is also illegal in the Military, but it is still done to almost every person, stepping-up in rank.

###################################
Going back to the beginning of the game...

Presently, Gage is flying away, to get his head clear. He is talking to another passenger on the plane.

He starts to tell his story, of why he is leaving to get his head straight... But can't summarize it. So, he continues, in more detail.

Then the title shows, again, as he "gives you the long version", from that point forward. Saying, "this is a long flight, enjoy the story of my torrid affairs".
###################################

I am open to suggestions, to have that made more clear.

Where did you get all the delicious interior assets for?
Daz, free sites, hand-crafted some (like the entire kitchen, and now the bathrooms and house itself)

They didn't look that good when I got them. Most have been tweaked (customized), to my needs. Though, most will eventually be replaced anyways, in the final game. They are just place-holders.

As they are clearly not adults in this story...

Everyone is an adult in the story.

Correct, they would be deported, if they were "just there on a student visa". That is not the case. They are working for citizenship, and ALSO going to school, hosted through an exchange program. Again, you are relating only ONE of the MANY types of programs out there. There is not only one type of "exchange program". Though, they do fear being deported. The requirements are, usually... Sustain passing grades, and/or hold a steady job, with your diploma. They aren't from mexico. That is a whole other bag of worms. They fear ICE, not people from overseas. People from overseas didn't just swim-over on rafts, or run across the border. Not that they shouldn't fear ICE, but ICE is not as strict when it comes to those working here, or going to school here, and living in remote high-income locations.

You do your research, and know your shit... I'll give you that much. Your insight is appreciated, but a little nit-picky, for a porn game. :p

It, at-least, lets me know where I need more immediate elaboration.

Do some sort of Forest Gump introduction, where we see MC on the plane with a passenger, MC is talking to himself like a lunatic and the passenger next to him looking at him worried, once he notice the passenger is looking at him he says that he should start from the beginning

Done... I had not rendered the images to add to the scenes. They were the first things up on the rendering list... It is a LONG list!

01.jpg

03.jpg

04.jpg

Bright complexion, usually refers to a person's "skin tone". She is stark-white, not ghost-white, and will remain mostly white through the whole game. A little sun is unavoidable when you live in the tropics for years. The other characters will get more tan, in time. She remains a photo-sensitive hermit.

"Her father is rich", "she doesn't have money"... Exactly, having rich parents doesn't mean the kids are rich too. Kids are broke as fuck, until they get their own money, unless they are "daddies little princesses". Which, Becka is... The money that Dave and Mira get, for housing, is NOT the exchange-students money to spend. They have their own income, and Dave and Mira take most of that too, for buying the stuff they need. Becka also has a job, Lana does not.
