No I never played RPGs, but in a RPGs, like any other game, you control your moves not the choices of the other characters managed by other players, right? I'm fine with controlling the MC, so I don't like gay scenes to be forced on MC as I'm not gay, for example. What I find a bit disturbing is pretenting to control any consequence of MC actions or other events of which MC has not control. It's like playing Call of Duty and pretending nobody shoots at you even if you stay still and do the worst choices ever. How is this any fun?
The translation leaves me a bit unsure, but I'm getting the impression that this is more along the lines of Stepcest.

I was referring more to tabletop RPG games, where one person is the "Master", "Game Director", or whatever each game calls it and others are the "Player Characters".
Actually what I mean, and what I see that you haven't understood at all, is that I, like others, tend to identify ourselves with the MC (I find the game much more attractive that way), in such a way that, to a certain extent, you feel what happens to the MC as if it were something that happened to you. This is what is called immersion, and it's a way of playing that makes games very enjoyable (and that means that, in role-playing games, some, or almost all, players feel very motivated to prevent from happening unpleasant things to their characters). With a book you will never get the immersion that is achieved in a role-playing game, nor in a video game, by the way. In any case, in a video game it's easier to be able to identify with the MC than in a book, and RPG video games are based on this, in making an experience in which the player plays a character who goes on various adventures, getting become better or more powerful. The identification with the character is such that many times the player speaks as if he were really the one who does the things that the character does. Although a VN is more limited (in most cases) than an RPG game, the freedom of choice, albeit limited, allows the player to make it an immersive experience in which they can identify with the MC, and that is why that many people hate the NTR.
In any case, identifying with the MC doesn't mean that a person believes that he's actually the MC and that what happens to him in the game is real (thinking something like that can only occur to a complete idiot or a person with mental problems). It's more that, for the duration of the game, the player tends to try to experience the game as if he was the MC himselve (with more or less success depending on how well the game is done and other factors). Of course, that makes certain situations more rewarding or just the opposite (even causing anger if the situation is very negative for the MC without being able to do anything to avoid it)
Otherwise, I don't think discussing gaming immersion is appropriate in this thread, so I'm going to end my discussion of it here.

That just means there will eventually be cannon NTR lmao XD you start with a little now, and it will only be a matter of time. You either take a none-at-all approach, or there will be cannon NTR.
Only question would be how long until it is cannon, not if it will ever be cannon, cause you already half-bending that knee, and it takes more effort to stand back up then it does to kneel.

Tried the 0.2a version. Kinda to early for a review in my eyes because I think its not really clear where the game goes.
I will wait for 2-3 updates.
The game is itself its a decent one. Sure, its kinda a bummer you cant change MC name or that MC looks like how he does, but for me personally its not a big turn off.
Models are nice, Renders are nice and it has music + Sound effects. I like the GUI. Has only 4 save slots but its a Kinetic Novel. Some background music is to quietly.
Animations are fucking EPIC. Where Julia is giving the MC a HJ and Kira is watching.
The movements of her hand, the Penis, her eyes looking at the MC and Kiras glowing eyes...Cheffs kiss.
Kudos for the animator.
However, for a Kinetic Novel you have some options. More or less these are Paths. Dom or Sub for at least one girl (Sara) in this current version. Thats great. Also what is great that the future sex scenes/fetishes will be optional. So its not a Kinetic Novel anymore ?
Glad to hear no NTR is planned. If the Dev. wants have his non-cannon version I dont mind AS LONG its not in the main game itself, which he promissed. I suggest make a "IF" version like "VIRTUES" did. All these "IF" chapters are from Patreon polls which have the NTR and are seperated games. Would be awesome if game has Harem but I doubt this is possible how dark the story seems to be going.
I also read that Inncest is possible in the future. Well Duh, who is gonna fuck them if not the MC himself. Max ?
But either Sharon or her daughters are not blood related to MC. Did I miss something ?
Sasha looks hot and it seems that she plays a bigger role in the story because he couldnt use his power on her.

As I already said the renders are nice, Yulia/Julia looks a bit strange though - especially the eyes.
The conversations/thoughts feel often "artificial"/extremly unnatural - at least for me. That is a general problem that I, as a german, have with many texts from slavic languages. I guess their sentence building is completly differant from ours, so not really the fault of the dev - I guess. Also the humor, if it IS humor and not just typicial slavic sayings, is not relly getting me. Could be a cultural difference, too.
The music choices for the scenes feel a bit lackluster, but one scene I didn't get at all. Why does this VN play an electric guitar version of Happy birthday in a cafetaria scene that has nothing to do with a birthday?
I don't say it is outright bad - I played it to the end at least. But I guess it's not really "my thing".

More than anything he looks soft and too feminine (and frankly around 15 years old), at least for my tastes - but that's highly subjective anyway*. Still a weird vibe.The girls look hot af but that's the weirdest MC i have seen in a long time, he somehow looks old and pre adolescent at the same time
*well there is a reason most Game Protagonists are white males with dark hair - that way the biggest part of the target audience can - if not identify - at least comfortably ignore the looks as they are similar enough to the expected baseline. Interesting psychology really as even Asians and Africans (from Africa as opposed to Afro-Americans) seem to prefer a white male over other ethnicities than their own. Guess that's what nearly a century of near monopoly on pop culture does.

Game has potential, but I'm pretty sure it'll be remade somewhere down the line. I don't get the vibe that much thought was put into this at all besides "I want a demonic hot chick to lend power to the MC to fuck girls, also there will be other demonic entities they will clash with."
- The MC just irritates me. I think the developer wants to make him this cool, aloof party goer / alcoholic but right now he's just cringe and looks like a kid, which frankly, is just weird. Especially with the drinking problem and all. Could look cool as fuck, imo, if he was the grown up version of his current teenager self.
- The dialogues are extremely robotic and there is no flow at all. They are abrupt and no friends / family members talk to each other like this in the real world.

Well i just started and i don't know, the language is quite weird, the translation need to be checked by someone who can really speak english.
And the theme about a young guy who get some power from a demon creature has been seen so many time that it's just boring.
The game better has to deliver some really hot stuff to compensate because if we spend most of the time talking about magic shit in a weird language i will pass.

I really truly do not understand what people like about a MC who looks like his voice is likely cracking every 5 seconds from just hitting puberty. Its disturbing when its either a male or female character tbh.
