It would be cool if there were some more consequences for submitting to multiple of the mistresses, although that's kinda alreaydi in the game with the puppy gear. However, I'd rather they just focus on making new content for ToT rather than waste more time on new mechanics tbh.
I think it could be a lot of fun to have mistresses interact more (such as the Yvonne stuff where you can choose to call in Scarlett or Eliza). Opens up new scenario possibilities and perhaps where you could have a system where you pick which mistress you want to make your real owner/favorite. Of course, that's something that can only really be considered after they finish the main game (so a long time in the future if ever, no doubt).

I think it's good the way it is. it's an H-game first and foremost and doesn't need that much internal consistency and even if you really need it: just make a play through where you don't submit to everyone. I strongly favor more mistress interaction. There are so many ways they can play off of eachother to humiliate Ethan. Their dialogue could even chance based on how much they were able to degrade him. Not to mention this would be a good chance to add some more lore to their backstories and kinks.
As for me the story is important as well and makes submitting hotter. But then it's repeating all the time you don't believe it anymore. I don't want a new mechanic but a story. So I think it's better to start a new project which will be not so epic and not very small, hope lvl0 is exactly it. But firstly ToT should be finished
