I remember that when Lily was first released, her final piece of content was a scene with her in a latex suit which ended in a "it was all a dream" twist. It was clearly a deus ex machina plot element, done because the story related to the latex suit wasn't properly fleshed out. A little while later, Koda redid Lily's events (changed and edited a lot of dialogue too...) and I remembered he changed that latex suit scene as well, making it less of a dramatic transformation IIRC.
It's been too many years since I played ToT, I can't remember the details.

It pains me to say this, but I don't support reporting people to Patreon, not even scam artists like Bo Wei and Koda. Patreon's TOS isn't morality based and only exists to remove as much pornographic material from the platform as possible. This is because pornographic purchases- on average- are more likely to feature credit card fraud. Payment processors hate porn. Hence why Patreon's TOS bans incest and rape, the two most common fetishes in the world.
