Floor 8 and 9 are standalone and can be played, as well as a special 'all the swan/crow' content standalone. These reveal enough to cover their floors. Your then missing special floor Jessica, the clown that reverses things turning resistance into submission and similar bullshit - special floor Mrs Claus, the thicc dommy santa that you puzzle through to find traps - and timeloop ninja Kaori, whom you need to find the mystery behind her floor to free yourself, and her, from the evils of the tower.
You can probably limit your search to this thread and try to find a floor 6 or 7 save if you just want to play it and get a real feel, or try a porn video sight for a letsplay?
Playing it/watching a let's play and taking notes are probably going required if I get to that level of detail, but honestly at this point it's a very 'broadstrokes' thing - my most recent generated story Scarlett defeated our Hero, showed how powerful her leg enslavement was by having Keith beat up Hero while going "I'm sorry", and then Hero got rescued by Lily, because Scarlett has enough puppies and by God She intended to enslave Hero.
Fun fanfiction, but obviously completely skips a few steps, and those are all Floors I understand what the plan was, plus for some reason I kept having to undo and explain to the AI "No, Scarlett doesn't pull a knife and flat murder our Hero, and by the way I'm getting a little more concerned about our AI overlords than when I was having chatgpt write femdom porn, so if you could take it down a notch and just sexually enslave the PC that would be great!"
So... Yeah, this is coming along at Koda speed while I figure stuff out. Also, if Scarlett is this bloody, wtf am I going to be dealing with when I try to get Yvonne?
So I am hoping for just a general plot rundown/walkthrough/reference, not something I have to remember I'm here to take notes, not stimulate myself?

Yo sorry for late answer,anyway iv read everything and its still a bit confusing especially this part "The problem is Bo Wei could all do this he could put in effort but either he does not want to live this lazy non effort ~5000€/month life anymore or he thinks that this money will follow him to another project too but he now wants prematurely complete ToT." Anyway whatever is the problem did someone thought about a solution? why even tho this koda thing keeps on since years no one made things move? how are people fine with waiting years for updates that could take way less?

Of course you can just use the website, but you can also just very easily use Cheat Engine on most RPG Maker games by scanning for your stat times two and plus one, so 2x+1, then changing that value in game and scanning for the new one from the list of the previous scans. Dunno how to put it any simpler than that.
Also, if you use Cheat Engine, some RPG Maker games (like ToT in some cases) switch some of your values back after a trigger or a change to them, so better lock them in if you use that method.

Forgot to mention that your game will most likely instantly crash if you input an even number because of the "+1" part.
I dunno why RPG Maker saves values with that formula, never used it.
