The absolute disrespect bo wei is giving to his fans is amazing. He sets an official timer, stating with 100 percent certainty that he can get the update out, then just says a few hours away that it will be another day. That is the epitome of simply not caring about your own product.

What sort of direction does everyone think the game's gonna go in? To be honest, I'm starting to consider dropping out of the Patreon. It's not about the update delays (I honestly don't mind; the game got more complex since it was first posted, so they do deserve more time). See, even when I started supporting, the game was doing stuff that I definitely did not enjoy in the slightest, and slogging through was just a chore. Still, it had a few things worth slogging through, and I wanted to support its development. While I still want to support the devs, however, my current problem is that every update speeds the game off towards stuff I dislike, while ignoring stuff I like, causing me to start wondering if all I'm really doing is tossing my money at a volcano, especially in my current budget situation. It's probably just me complaining about nothing, though.

I understand what you are talking about, and seeing how more extreme the game is going (like khulan bad end) is likely you are not gonna like what is coming next (specially if there were so many things you didn't like before). I don't like how patreon works so i've never used it (paying while they make the game, the huge amount of unfinished games there are or that take an eternity to get a update with almost no content, etc) but if you feel like you don't want to keep being a patreon you should stop, the game has a lot of supporters and keeps getting more. I think is safe to say that this is one of the most famous femdom games that there is and will continue without a patreon more. ()sorry for my bad english)

ToT is a great game which i like very much but at the end of the day it still is only a video game. People should show some restraint and stop their relentless bitching about the release schedule as if they were spoiled children. Such behaviour just reveals a worrisome lack of self-discipline and disrespects the awesome work which Bo Wei and Koda had put in this product so far. It´s the epitome of a first world problem. Get a life.

It doesn't work like that. This game is backed by patrons who are investing their money, expecting that they will get a product as specified in return.
It is comprehensible for the current updates to be taking longer amounts of time, since there are more animated CGs and they have more content overall, but the constant delays feel like plain disrespect. When you are an avid fan of something, the amount of anticipation and subsequent constant denials makes it even bad for your general health.

If they implemented a "progress bar" or something of sorts to show some respect and appreciation to their supporters, it would be more manageable and understandable, but as it is, with us patrons being at the mercy of specified realease dates and subsequent denials and delays, people will naturally start getting tense and frustrated.
I mean... it wasn't merely two nor three delays. It was MUCH MORE. Delays that took months, then weeks, then days. And when people finally get a sense of countdown and relief with the fixed timer, they are DENIED once again with another delay.

The only thing keeping my cool is that both devs are the best around at what they do and they are perfectionists in their own way: they never let down in terms of top notch stuff.

Zazzaro is banned again, I'm sure you will see him silently liking your post soon enough. Nothing new, delayed until the weekend at least. 6f delayed until 2024 or something like that.

I've spoke to Bowei when I was a Patron of his, earlier this year. I have some experience in online marketing and in PR stuff, so I tried to convince him to change a few things about how he deals with Patreon and the community overall.
He listened and he actually made some minor changes to his Patreon front page (trust me, it was even worse before), but that's it. He said many times that he's doesn't believe that changing his PR approach would make him any good, so things didn't change at all since then. Actually, the situation got even worse now because of the delays issue.
I remember him telling that part of the reason of his bias against efforts towards PR is that he's used to the way the chinese community works (since TOT is big in China too and apparently the community behaves differently there).
Damn, it's such a shame to see a fine game like this, with such a passionate community, being brought down by a lack of communication/marketing efforts.

I'm in no position to complain with having never donating and never intending to, as ToT isn't far enough in my strike zone to be more than mildly interesting, but it is a damn shame to see so much fervent community goodwill be negatively impacted by simple things like this.

As a backend dev with a relatively small corporation (~600 salaried employees) it isn't as if I haven't had to delay updates I thought I could push out. But, I would hate to try to explain it happening this many times. That said, the environments we're working in are very different so, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Tot has always been weird for me, I'm not really into feet or scent, but i'm into domination. in terms of Femdom games it's the best in the market as far as I can see. it's complex enough that I enjoy the combat system and the dialogue and it's simple enough that I don't feel like i'm grinding in Wow to get a few CG's.

Honestly I was thinking about dropping my support until the Koda update, just because it felt like it was getting pretty repetitive. Ever since than the content has been fantastic imo.

With the delays, I honestly don't mind that much, it's porn, I can live without porn for a few days and I have access to the internet. What I think is poor is the communication, I think Bo and Koda seriously need to start giving more progress reports. it sucks when your left in the dark especially when it's a product your paying for. This feels more like a problem with Bo more than Koda, who has atleast given few status updates about where his product is at.....meanwhile Bo hasn't told us anything.

However they usually make up for it with awesome content so there is always that to consider and if what we've heard is true, 6F is gonna be good.

P.S am i the only one not really excited for this update? nothing against the Koda but Yvonne ain't my cup of tea, maybe the update will change my mind
