I'm wondering if using the Regen Potion before battle is something you've tried(didn't see Ethan with the regen icon in ur vids)... and if not... might this suggestion finally be the thing that allows this game to crack your sanity...

Regen does help, specially against Scarlett and Khulan. Would never get EX 320 Scarlett without it.
(By the time I recorded that vid, we didn't have Regen Potion yet. )
Purple Potion, on the other hand, doesn't help me at all: no change whatsoever in damage output, whether dealt or received.

Though again there were some events which /might/ have happened and which we don’t know about, delaying it + the usual delay. Though after this week end there’s supposed to be the Lily content (12 scenes with some animated, but not sure if there will be new CGs)

Honestly, I don't think it's going to happen. I think they (Bo and Koda) are avoiding 7F. I think they bit off more than they could chew and are too proud/stubborn to admit it.
They should really consider (and maybe they have) scrapping 7F, making Swan/Crow the 7F boss, and saving Kaori art for a smaller, higher and less complicated floor. Hell, give Jester her own floor too. That would get us to 8F, plus maybe a redesigned Kaori floor for 9.
