All you need to do is go into the www folder and overwrite the data folder with the one in the mod. That is it. If you are using the compressed version then this mod may cause problems.

Go to the top area of the bunny manor and pay to unlock the area. From there any scene that you unlock will be visible.

The dude making these has some kind of hate boner against pregnancy and didn't include it in any of their other games so even though it's literally the theme of this game, it's very, very unlikely

But that doesn't unlock every scene right? I got an old save but there are still scenes missing, I went thru the game once and I'm not going thru it again. So a save would be nice that's up to date.
