There is a green switch in the upper left of the swamp area. You need to hit it with your slingshot. This will form a bridge to the chest.

Also, Even though I'm glad the game is completed and solidifies Siren as one of my favorite devs, I just wish there was more content with a lot of the girls here, like the goblin magician girl or the orc.
