Yes this game is complete. In order to install the gallery mod download the unzip the mod file. In the game folder go to the www folder then go to the data folder. Place all the contents of the mod in this folder. When prompted overwrite any duplicate files. An with that your done. You should now see a crystal in the in game gallery room. This will take you to the mod areas.
At the end, there are at least two women who mention the possibility of getting pregnant by the MC if I remember correctly.
You're missing the scene with Nyx. Talk to her in her fountain after you have done her quests in the epilogue. She will then take you to Paradiso.
Walkthrough on Google drive works ok on my side. There's a link on Siren's Patron, but that's the same.
I'm using the arrow keys on my keyboard. Turning always implies moving, no turning in place. No difference with mobile there it seems.
Then I dunno wtf is going on, as I tried both patterns(the statue in game says right right up up right right down down down left, and the walkthrough just shows right right up right right down down from the pattern on its map) neither of which worked, its why I assumed maybe it wanted me to turn left without moving, as I though maybe they missed a tile in the walkthrough going up or something, regardless neither seemed to work
