The temporary workaround would be to go to "...Town of Passion\www\img\faces", copy one of those PNGs and rename it to "Custom1.png", it's not going to show any Portrait, but it will progress the dialogue

This game is not really about anal sex. There is only a single scene for one character from the first versions of the game and no more anal scenes have been added or will be added as far as I know. I suggest the tag can be removed.
