It was disappointing, at least for me personally. It was going fine, until the moment Otis appeared yet again and ruined it.
I don't get the reasoning behind it. Earlier, adding more partners for Sarah was sort of justified by saying that Lester was trying to break her down, get her used to a different lifestyle. I didn't exactly like it, but I could see the logic behind it.
The problem now is that Lester doesn't need to do that anymore. Last chapter showed us that he had Sarah right where he wanted her. He's working with her now, as her boss. All he needs to do is help Sarah out at the hospital and spend time with her and strengthen their bond. There's no need to involve anyone else now. Yet, for some reason Lester is insistent on passing Sarah around like free candy. Don needs to focus on Lester and Sarah now. Their relationship cannot progress if Sarah keeps fucking every cock she sees.

I really hate where that Sarah is reluctant and regrets her every action afterwards especially at this stage of the game. There is never just one side enthusiastic about the affair. These are consenting adults not they both knowing what they are getting into but Don treats every chapter like it’s her first or second time or Sarah is a minor. every glimmer of hope we get that Sarah maybe edging closer to Lester Don has to throw an obstacle or a conundrum into the story. Also Dan is so clueless and ineffective he deserves to lose his wife. He is making the conscious effort not to talk or engage his wife. It’s like he is in some kind of trance or undergoing a schoolboy crush like Jesse. Finally Otis was unnecessary at this stage of the game unless he is Cronos or to quell him from sticking his dick in Sarah
