While we are waiting for Chapter 26 and sharing predictions, Where do you think (or want) their next dalliance is gonna be? So far they've done it in Lester's apartment, Williams house(bedroom, Dan's office, basement, kitchen) Chicago hotel, Sarah's old office, parking lot, Lester's car. True it's long overdue, about 19 chapters overdue for him to meltdown but I don't see it happening anytime soon. If/when that happens we are quickly moving to the epilogue portion of this story (unless he accepts his role as a cuck or they agree that she will become a hotwife).

Depends on how the DA would classify the assault, but if it happens, Dan can kiss his government contract jobs goodbye. Lester or Sarah could get a protective order barring Dan from coming anywhere near his own home or them and even worse he would be unable to see his kids unless through strict supervision. Dan would be too nuclear for any reputable business to hire so his only avenue would be with to work for Byron at TLG at a reduced salary.
