This is a really good deduction and I like they way you think. I assumed Richard was Kronos Lester’s online customer. I’m sure there will be a blackmail attempt. If it was Dan he would fold like a cheap suit due to his indecision, but Lester always plays 4D chess where he far ahead of his opponent. A lot of luck helps and except for this recent blunder with Vernon (or maybe not) he always has something in his pocket to counteract any attacks and can cover his tracks well, like the four horsemen magicians in the movie Now You See Me.

Don loves placing these minor characters with tidbits of information and intrigue. They have little value, but gives us readers something to speculate and make WAG. I love a good mystery and the game Clue. it benefits Don to extend Toxic Attraction for as long as the creativity or Patreon dollars flow. I hope you get your wish and Sarah and Lester have to fuck their way to freedom. Their D&D characters (Lady Val and the barbarian) tag teaming against the forces of Richard Thornhill or a locked bedroom.

Also i was hoping Lester would spring a kill shot to Dan to move this story further by pushing Sarah to see who she love. However that was dashed with Sarah having her mouth full and amped up to the max horniness level (I finally wonder if she is pregnant)

I don’t see any signs with Dan. Sarah definitely displays the signs of OCD. She is organized and has a constant routine every week at work and home. She cringed when her office and house was destroyed by her and Lester. I am assuming Dan and their daughters are opposite of her, but tolerate her OCD. Lester ha turned her world upside down regarding clutter, but now those same smells and trash remind Sarah of the great sex she is having with Lester and her newfound freedom.

Psiber is right. Dan does lack in self confidence and not very quick witted. He seems two steps behind any big brain individual like Lester or Byron. Once Dan is faced with a decision he immediately seeks Sarah for input. She has to prop her husband with words of encouragement and validation. Sarah is so turned on by Lester who tells her what they are doing The instances when Dan tries to “be the man” or act without Sarah, things go horribly wrong for him (the incident involving Jessie which caused business to dwindle and the recent travel to DC instead of going home).

I thought about this all day and believe that Dan's lack of attention to details has allowed Lester into his online life on multiple occasions and if he was truly OCD, it would be like Monk online and there would be so many locks and barricades that not even the best hacker might have been able to get into his stuff. In fact, I believe that it is only a matter of time before Dan leaves his government computer where Lester can get to it and then he is in a world of SHIT. Lester might help him with something, but it will come at great cost to him.

Also, my primary argument would be yours, that if he was truly OCD, the whole Jessie situation would have been such a shit show of a badly handled methodology to act like he is a hacker, which he isn't (it is not a bad thing to not be a hacker, some are geniuses with computers (Lester) and some are just users of computers, like Dan, so he should stop pretending to be what he is not, it just gets him into trouble.

What I think Dan sounds like is the high school football player, who is also the school bully. He is at odds with those more clever than him and his first reaction is physicality. However, as with most bullies, his attitude is belied by deeper psychological issues than his mind can comprehend and Sarah -- his cheerleader girlfriend, who just got a scholarship to Penn State, is hard working and book smart, but blinded by her love for this big luggish bully, that she just can't see it, because love is blind.

That's my take.

You can call me Chillie Psiber (one day you have to tell me the origin/meaning of Psiber). I love you take on Dan being a jock and Sarah the cheerleader girlfriend seems appropriate. During the D&D session, Dan did allude how his HS buddies would think if they saw him playing this game. Very jock/bully mentality. Always got his way by flashing a smile and smooth talking, but probably with low IQ. I bet Dan’s password to his laptop is probably something simple like Password123. Remember Dan never set a passcode on his phone and Jessie gained at the hotel to sext with Sarah. Not a very smart or tech savvy move by Dan and had to look up a how-to as well.

Does it bother me…..not in the least. We should be allowed to express our opinions and have open forum whether it’s frustration on what Don wrote, generating a new theory or something completely off base I generally look forward to the comments. The truth is something Don Silver wrote Toxic Attraction has connected with us and made us fans whether we like it or not. I absolutely suck at writing but I scoured the internet to find people who share the same interest so I can interact. Both Dan and Lester have lost control of Sarah. She's a slut who knows the power she has over other men. I liked the fact that she paid attention to her husband too at the end of chapter 21. I'd like to see how she reacts if Dan takes another woman.
-It's worth remembering that they've been married for years, they're partners, friends, lovers, they complete each other, I think that's nice about the couple. For me what would break Dan is him using the word ABACAXI, and Sarah ignoring it. Let's see if Lester wins her over when the pregnancy starts to show and she becomes more sensitive.
I don't think Dan is that dumb, as many people say, not everyone who is intelligent plays RPGs and not every RPG player is super intelligent.
Let's see when Sarah has her gangbang if she'll give her anal virginity to Lester and deny it to Dan. If she's going to make Lester jealous and give it to Dan first (not least because he's shorter and wider than Lester). This is a story that Moiarte or Duke should bring to comics.

Also looked at his alpha draft of Chapter 21 Toxic Attraction and noticed his intro:

I am assuming he wanted to meet his typical 20th of each month deadline for an alpha draft of TA. which may explain why this chapter was not as polished as previous insider alpha draft so hopeful to see more context in the final draft. If we assume he has a full time job and hopefully a social life, hobbies, etc. this much writing is a lot - especially 20 chapters in and trying to make it still good. The real problem he's come to is that he's refusing to push the story closer to the finish so I'm confused.

Chapter 21 might be the worst. All of those words just for Sarah/Dan to repeat the usual 'giving in to Lester' with little resistance - UNEARNED mind you. There was nothing new from Lester's end. They just easily gave in. Like wtf? Then the sex scene was routine. The only good part was the blow job. As a writer, he put himself in a corner and didn't know how to get out, so he went back to the well. Ch21 should've left Lester alone and started something new for her. Maybe he didn't want to get in the 3some right away and wanted a slight intro to it first. But that could've been done with Jesse and Dan or something. Or just move this along already.

If she was in the room with Jesse and Byron, she would've gave in because we've already established the seeds of a 3some in her mind, and the naughtiness of it all - the withdrawal from Lester - would've had her craving that next level orgasm again (assuming they'd have bigger dicks than Dan as a cherry on top). Bam, that's it. Let's go to finish line already. How the fuck is she not pregnant yet? Explain it already if she's on birth control, otherwise what are these 'precautions' she mentioned. Unless the amazing irony is that Lester's boys cant swim.

This is where Don messed up in the writing, he keeps trying to take baby steps and repeating himself and it's hurting the story immensely.

If you looked on donsilver.org several months ago, Toxic Attraction was originally envisioned as 18 chapters and now we don’t see an end in sight. Don sets his Patreon subscription to where he receives income if a long form story is posted. This incentivizes him to create multiple long form content each month. I also wonder how much influence the Discord/Insider audience have on the direction and content of this story as well. Probably a lot of kinks were suggested which can explain the content going in varied directions. Whether it’s due to the crazy deadlines, Don juggling work and personal life, or Toxic Attraction has reached a saturation point Don needs to end this story soon. If he wants he can always leave the door open or create a new story arc with a Toxic Attraction’s minor character like Lizzie.

At first I was excited about the prospect of Lester getting Sarah pregnant especially after reading Chapters 13-14 and imagining possible endings. Afterward Don drifted the story away from breeding/pregnancy front then returned to this topic in Chapters 18-19. Don again reignited everyone’s hope Sarah would surely be pregnant with Lester’s child after a marathon session where Lester came deep inside Sarah‘s unprotected womb four times. Now as we turn to 21 the story shows no immediate signs of conception. The pregnancy excitement for me has dwindled somewhat as the chapters advance to the next. I would think Sarah being pregnant would advance the story but is it Lester’s sperm, Sarah’s unnamed precaution Bryon/Jessie being the baby daddy or or none of the above?

Sorry, I unsubbed from Don last month. Toxic Attraction became not worth reading to me after Don began extending it and the story became repetitive. Or at least not worth 35 a month. I am curious to read TC4 though. Seems like he's sticking to 5 chapters so I think it'll be a better read.

Hate to admit it we are all like Sarah in a way thinking about our next euphoric hit of endorphins.
