I don't think I'd even make a spear (and I'd stop using the axe). They don't seem to see or hear well and they're not fast - but puncturing their skin seems to release more of that gas/vapor stuff. I think knocking them down quickly and then moving away would be the best plan. So club, bat, mop handle anything you can use to push them over.

Nah, i'd avoid getting close, too large of a chance that you get sprayed with that shit, especially if you don't have a working shower at the ready. If you get it in the face your fucked, even if you don't turn.
They leaking more gas doesn't matter if you don't get too close...so i'd try too avoid them if possible, if necessary a spear, stab them, retreat and let them bleed out. Thought a gun would be best, as they don't seem to react to sound.

You appear to be missing the part where *sharpening* a spear is a good idea. Which the axe can be used for. Not only that, but when you can't be outside for long periods of time, you need to make use of indoor wood, most of which is going to need to be shaped down into a spear. That's not even getting into the nightmare that would be trying to make an indoor fire *without* smoke issues.

While not perfect, even without fire hardening, a sharp piece of wood would still work and you don't need a open fire, althought that would likely work best.
Frankly, if you have some duct tape you could try attach a knife at a broomstick or whatever. Nothing perfect of course, but it should work well enough against the burned ones.

You'd want to do a controlled experiment on that before trying it large scale. They haven't been exactly clear about what chemicals that fog is made out of (or the more concentrated version the creatures spray) but, not being a chemist, I couldn't tell you what happens when the fire extinguisher spray meets the fog/chemical spray. I mean it could be really effective or it could do something unexpected and not necessarily good. Remember that if you mix household bleach and ammonia you'll get, basically, mustard gas and possibly kill everyone in the house. (There are similar, also dangerous examples but to the point ...) - Try a fire extinguisher on one of them before you start doing it everywhere, especially in an enclosed space.

Not sure how helpfull that would be.
I mean, the burned ones are in that acid fog all day long without problems and they don't seem to rely on hearing or sight from what we could gather so far.

As for keeping them busy, most burned ones so far didn't try to hunt them, they just walk arround and ambush if they get the chance and apparently they are really slow.

Chlorine gas. Mustard gas is a lot more complicated or it would have been made sooner than it was.

I tried doing everything wrong at first, then everything right to unlock the adult scenes, of course.
And the game is really fun — I really like the mysterious atmosphere and the different characters.
It would be cool if some soldiers appeared, with a possible NTR option or a female soldier who joins the group.

Like Pregnancy and incest, some people think it should be in EVERY AVN.

It's one of those things where you either have to have it (or have it as an option) or not and state right from the beginning which way you're going - otherwise people will bug you about it forever. And there's no halfway. I mean you can have optional scenes but if you put in one optional NTR scene the pro-NTR people will bug you for more and more and the anti-NTR people will get upset. At least if you say where you stand from the beginning people can't bitch too much.

That's true. I have an ex who was diagnosed bi-polar (after we split). In any case, Shelley is completely off the menu for me anyway. I'm all for leaving her behind because it improves the odds of everyone else making it.

That's true. I have an ex who was diagnosed bi-polar (after we split). In any case, Shelley is completely off the menu for me anyway. I'm all for leaving her behind because it improves the odds of everyone else making it.
