Looks like we've reached the drama aspect of fucking around, forgive me Kallie, but I had to fuck 'em all.
Hope we get a harem ending, but if not.... choosing Kallie 100%, I like the other girls as well, but it's not even close.
Also wonder who the lunatic was referring to when he said "she's mine" or whatever, 99% chance it was about one of the dead girls in the room but what if the witch got to him, he was unusually strong, going so far as to dismember people with his bare hands.
Once again, this witch bitch is creepy as hell.

Not the place for that but as a quick answer... not for now. In the current version, you can freely romance all LI at once, even with some threesomes here and there, but at the end you must choose individual characters to go by for the ending cutscene.
This is being worked on and in the 0.99 directors cut, which should be available by fall of this year hopefully, there will be a full harem ending (assuming you take the correct decissions), along with a completely revamped third act of the game to facilitate that.

I get real tired of stupid being a plot point. Let's wander round during a frigging zombie apocalypse, having been attacked several times. With worse versions showing up. Because he is a civilian. Combat readiness, weapon discipline, situational awareness, threat assessment and engagement criteria are not second nature to civilians.
We get drilled on that so hard in the army specifically to suppress the civilian mindset and habits. All soldiers go through conditioning. Those in combat arms go through much more intense indoctrination. I can tell you most of my civilian friends are gonna be like the MC. The few that always keep their weapons with them actually have to constantly remind themselves about it. But for soldiers, it's second nature, we don't need to think, our body just does it.
Similarly with the Witch. Our MC is not trained. So better to play safe.
To be honest, if i was in his shoes, i would do the same. It's not like we have a squad of well trained and equipped men to back us up. We have 3 pax women incapable of combat LOL. One has a mental break, another just recovered from a mental break, the last one is timid & panicky.
Observing and analyzing is preferred so we can formulate an engagement or evasion plan later. Her threat level? Does she have abilities? Patterns? Vulnerabilities? The impact, better to kill or avoid? You don't attack without intel and preparation, that's how you get your squad killed. The objective is survival, not annihilation.
And then you need a plan, what do we do if Witch calls for reinforcements? Do we have an extraction plan? You need a PACE plan; Primary, Alternative, Contingency, Emergency. It's high level planning and going overboard, yes, but at the very least you need some concept of SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) or TTP(Tactics, Techniques, Procedures). And your squad needs to know these too instead of sleeping through their mental breaks in panties. Hell, they don't even have a guard watch set up, everyone just sleeps together and they're in a combat zone.
MC doesn't really have an advantage here. Minimal intel, no plan, no SOP, poorly equipped, mentally unfit, no manpower and unreliable squad. The only advantage he has is initiative, which is not enough.
Odds are stacked against him. Engagement in that situation is likely suicide.

Finally we see the drama brewing for our "fuck around and find out" choice. A lot of harem games tend to just let every LI magically accept the setup with no issue, so it's good to see this game takes this issue seriously, which also fits into the narrative of moral dilemma in desperate situations.
I have a theory that "the witch" is actually another girl that the dead girl (the one that wrote it on the chalkboard) knew and disliked/hated. She is likely still a normal human and will be our 4th LI.
