Are the Piper Perri scenes exclusive to Damien's route? I see some stuff in the Images folder that I can't find in the game, like "lchokefucked.gif". Curious how to get all Piper Perri content!
Sort of. All of the "Yellow Potion" content is rooted (starts) on Damien's section however there are numerous branches that move off into other character and story interactions. If you passed an option that isn't Xed out, go back you might find something new.

Weird. I honestly thought that you were going to use the original source material you used for the original version. Julie being pale and black hair, I could be wrong but maybe asian? IDK, it looks good, but way different to the Julie Roux we are used to see...

Hi. I wanted to share a potential Julie model I created accidentally. It is based on a bustier Taylor Roux (Caprice / Margreta) morph. I always intended Julie to be a slightly bustier and more assertive female foil to encourage Taylor along their journey. I liked Emily Grey as a base model since she’s cute and naughty but her hair color and bust size didn’t fully match the character I was trying to bring to life.

Since this model is based on the main Taylor model, they do look related but distinct. They could definitely pass as sisters, which is what I was going for! Let me know if you agree.

I still need to do a few tweaks but I have a few models that are getting fairly close to what I am looking for so I will keep you posted as the 3D projects advance. I’ve been trying to make intro cards / posters for each Transfigure character. I wanted Julie to be dark and sexy so I think the outfit fits.

When it comes to making the final decisions for various models, some are no-brainers, like quality celebrity models or the main Taylor model. Others will be a bit more subjective and if I don’t feel like there is a clear winner I’ll let patrons vote to determine which gets used. As always, let me know if you have any feedback.

Eventually I will probably make this post public so the first image might get deleted to comply with all the rules (so DL it if you want it to keep it.) I’ll probably repost any deleted images into patron only posts eventually since they are allowed but can’t be displayed publicly.

Other than that, the creative renaissance continues but it is already the 23rd so I need to focus more on finishing Transfigure .58. More stories and pictures and thingies are coming soon!

You still run into dead end all over the place. That is so annoying ... or you get paths with no-choice paths.

Sometimes you might find an end.

I hoped that this would be better now - its some time I last checked on the game.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience but that's just the reality of one of the largest story based games being made by a single developer with a small budget. It's also the reality of beta games. Ignore the dead ends, fund the project if you like it, or come back when the game is finished - those are the only reasonable options. As I've said before I want as much valid feedback as possible but comments that come across like "I was here before and there was like 6 or 7 free novels 20 ends and that wasn't enough. Now there's like 8 or 9 free novels with 40 ends but the dev needs to hurry up because I wont be satisfied until I get 12 free novels and all 100 endings! I want a complete game instead of an incomplete game."

I want a complete game too. The game grows steadily and the number of ends is increasing and I am actively linking and adding in more content that replaces dead ends. As I enter the final stages of polish and development a lot of those dead ends will disappear because they link into alternative sections of the story. The rest will have their own unique stories. The game is about 70% complete and I have most of the other pieces in various stages of development. The community decides how fast I should work with their funding and that implies I should work way slower and treat it like a slack part time job but I want to finish this project as quickly as possible for all of you.

The completion rates should rise rapidly in the next year and a half or so. It will also include many of the best scenes, endings, and scenarios as well as many story reveals as well. When its done it will probably be a little bit larger than Good Girl Gone Bad.

Maybe there is some kind of way to indicate earlier in a path where an unfinished part starts?

Because I understand the approach, I dont rate this game yet and just comment on it :)

I appreciate your patience.

I understand but the only realistic way to fix it at this point in time is to finish the game. I added xs and x~s to indicate a dead end or a short amount of content. There is also a completed endings list on the main page and I've added back to start links in more places to continue a single save. An ending like "blah blah (Drew)" is probably found on Drew's route and since it is an ending there is no dead end except the actual end. The change log also includes more hints. There are also pieces of walkthroughs too, and you could just play the ~35 stories as individual stand alones. And before you ask, no, there are only incomplete fan walkthroughs and one I made many years ago. I will finish one myself eventually if the community doesn't but I can't really work on that when everyone wants more content... even though Transfigure has 700k words of content. For an average reader that's around 50 hours of straight reading. I almost feel like if I just went through and deleted all the paths with x's (that exist for me as a dev, not for you as a reader) then the narrative would shift from the "game sucks; there are 60 missing ends! Missing so much content more frustrating than fun." to "HOLY SHIT. There is like two dozen unique stories and forty ends and so much content I am drowning!!"

I do find it a bit odd how most games have one crappy ending and everyone's cool with that but I seem to take a lot more criticism for doing exponentially more work.

If I was starting from scratch there is a lot of things I'd do differently. I know everyone would prefer full paths vs incomplete ones as that is an obvious preference such as preferring a fresh hamburger vs one with a big bite out of it. I feel the need to point out the obvious though that if all devs only released finished works then many games wouldn't get funded (because there is nothing to demo and less would ultimately become complete as you desire) and you also are reducing the amount of content available to browse by probably at least 80%. I think the game completion rate on TFGS is well under 5% with most games not getting finished. So a huge % of those will never be completed but even so there are many great games, stories, characters, scenarios etc. Even on f95 the completion rate of games is pretty low and they repost all the finished games. My game is going to get finished but the more generous people who contribute will make that happen a lot faster.

Would you use the model of Emily Grey in the future?
When I have more time next month I am going to try and recreate more of the original characters, including Emily Grey / OG Julie. There is enough media out so I don't think it will be that hard. She might just become a background character or more random. I am going to do another pass or two on the accidental Julie model. Darken her hair, change her hairstyle, play around with her eyes, and see if I can reach some middle ground between the two that makes the most sense.

But if I can get a decent Emily model then I will definitely post a large breast morph/ edit and then let patrons vote between all the variations.

I'm not sure I understand, you're going to add 3DCG to your game ?
If yes, for lot of scenes ? For sex scenes ? to go with more extrem stuff you can't find in real porn ? you'll continue with real porn ?
I don't know, i'm not convinced for now but let see I guess.

No. I'm against mixing styles. There are two versions. An html version with real porn and a Ren Py 3D visual novel. I'm not sure what you need to be convinced of. When they are both done you simply play the one you prefer but the Ren Py version is intended to be the final commercial version of the game. It will have the most features and visual appeal unless you have a strong preference one way or the other on graphic style.
