This game is good it's worth to get full translated and uncensored patch but I know it would not happen the uncensored part but we get atleast the translation from good people.

You might wanna make an issue for the owner of vntextpatch for this.
Basically just input your language in the script and when insert back vntextpatch will give you output file and sjis_ext.bin, place sjis_ext.bin and d3d9.dll(from vntextproxy) in same folder with game.exe and it should display your language. The problem here is d3d9.dll doesn't work
