I just checked and it seemed okay, you sure you're on the correct video? EV37 Part 1 m is the first Kurt PoV, I'll reupload the file just in case.

I like the second translation, but I think the first one should stay. Bonner explicitly refers to the 3 hours per turn rule, and I'm assuming that's gonna come into play in the second part. However, you're right, the line should be more like "If the guy gets tired, you're allowed to switch partners as you see fit"

By the time EV41 is done/over, she would likely be more fitting the last one.

I see, so they're basically mock up versions of what's roughly intended to be in the final game. Judging by the Arika one that got datamined from the current game demo, it looks like the final game might stay mostly faithful to what's represented in the mock up text here.
