It will... Eventually. Not in the demos.
The event hasn't been made yet (demo and fantia both), but it is planned that the girls will be pregnant at the end.
Heck, Arika will likely BECOME pregnant at the end of EV41 as part of her bet with the lord(once it's finished, hopefully soon)
Better expect them to be visable pregnant once the game is complete, or at least among the last few scenes released on fantia before that.

Do you just want the jap text? The status screen text isn't in it's own file, its in the CommonEvents.json

Personally i love the pregnancy and impregnation tags when I found out that the game will have pregoending I was very excited.
