I don't know if they exist, but funny enough, I never noticed until now, but the video I posted is a bit messy, containing not only EV34 but also the epilogue of EV31.
Even the subs I have for EV34 covers the EV31 part of the video.
I'll look into it and 'correct' it and make two videos of EV34.

Now to answer why i like it? is because women getting pregnant by the man she loves is a beautiful thing,
and if the women(she loves other guy) got pregnant by the man who is not her husband, that is disgusting, and since this is an ntr game, "pregnancy" can also mean that, the women scrapping out whatever values/morals/etc.. she got from her husband(like love, loyalty, respect, her husband's seed, etcetc),
