Are you using an old save? Some stuff wont translate if you are on an old one.

Hope this gets the translation it deserves. Shimobashira is the reason I am here in the first place. Ambrosia and Celesphonia are legit some of the best RPG Maker games ever made lewd or not. Will wait patiently until the project is done or for the official translation.

there is one, it's in slum section, you can trade the item with the guy where you trade coins / old currency (the wealthy guy in slum)
it's called crystal something, tho iirc you have to finish the game first to make that item available

The dude with which you make contracts, during one of the late sexy times he will ask to sign ownership contract. You can refuse and then you will able to rattle him out in the end, or you can sign and then this option will not be available.
I guess there are separate ending for not finishing as a whore too.
